I have purchased the Puma shoes from Reliance footwear Haldwani but within a week the shoes is tired from side.
then I have send it back to Reliance footwear Haldwani for refund my money but they were saying that it will be repaired but cannot be exchang or I don't want to buy this shoes I want another shoes so please help me [protected]

This mail is regarding the product ladies heels which I had purchased from your reliance store, patia, bhubaneswar on 9th September, 2023. Merely after trying the heels for few minutes, the skin of the heels got torn . When enquired about this issue in the located store, the product got exchanged. It is to be further stated that when the exchanged product got used on 11th September for few 2-3 hours, the heels upper skin again got damaged. The customer, knowing that the bill generated contains 6 months warranty, was sure about the product that it will either be exchanged or repaired . The salesperson also stated that despite any other damages incurred, the product will surely be repaired . On reaching the store after few days, the salesperson clearly denied for exchange of the damaged product. When asked about the repairing, they started behaving rudely and uttered harsh words towards us. The said that they warned us to not take the product, but in reality, nothing like these instances had occured. They also denied us to talking us to manager and on further enquiry they started to act harshly.

I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed by the manners, talking behaviour and their policy . I want the heels to be either repaired fully or to be exchanged, or else I will take strict action and complaint in the customer forum, and the result of which your company has to face the consequences.

I bought shoes and shocks from Reliance Trends Footwear, Chandkheda Branch, Ahmedabad on 11-Dec-2022. My purchase was worth INR 3047/- and I have paid it through Paytm, which went successfully from my end but billing guys said it not showing in his system. Then he called his manager. Manager came and said amount will be reversed showing one paper receipt. He said you will get your money back in your account within 48 Hrs. He asked me to pay again with different mode. Then I paid 3047/- with my debit card. Now it is been 96 HRs, but no sign of money reversal yet. I have called the manager and he said he is working on it. But I am not sure, if I will get my money back or not. Need help. I have original bill and bank statement with me.
