Reliance wireless Complaints & Reviews

Sir, I purchased relaince internet connection because it offered speed upto 3.1 mbps.what i did not know that it is fake assurance.it works on a minimum speed around 10 to 20 kbps.it never has reached anywhere near promised speed...it ahs never ever in its full strength crossed 50 kbps.being a big monopilistic company they try and fault with computer softwares never actually acknowledging their mistake and correcting it.complaints fell on...

Reliance is a big fraud organization. They are cheating on their consumers like anything. We have taken a wireless landline connection from them and now regret our decision. They are chetaing us every month giving us huge telephone call bills which we have never made.
I am not thinking of shutting this $#%% service off. And not willing to pay those bills which I have never made use of .
Kindly guide me through taking action...
