i have book revolt bike since (26th Jul, 2022 20:41:55 PM IST)
now that time company said we will delivered you within 6 month
but they cant. after 10 month they increase praises. but i have no issue about price as per company rules. but i cant afford that amount so i told company representative i want cancel my booking. showroom person said
you can call online and cancel the booking we cant cancel here.
then i call customer care they told me there is no processes abut cancel the booking u have transfer your booking. we cant refund you other wise wait for it.

so pls sir solve my problem
i have send lots of mail they didn't reply me...

Revoltmotors customer service is very poor . They took 8 months to cancel my booking . It's been 2 months still i didn't get my booking amount refunded. If I contact them they say there backend team is working on it give us couple of days but it's been more than 2 months

I cancelled booking of Revolt Motor Cycele Electric on 21st june and still i dont get my money back in my account
