I've purchased a movie voucher No. CR87a1b5afc on 16th June, 2016 from Easy day outlet at Amritpuri, East of Kailash, New Delhi. And I came to know that it is already registered. And then I've contact easy day and Rewardport cutomer care several times. On 28th June, 2016 Ms. Nidhi Makawana of Rewardport emailed me that it is registerd in the name of an unknown person called Gaya Suddin Khan whose mobile no. is [protected]. I again visit Easy...

My husband had registered for promredemption on 11/06/2016. As per the rules he should have received the Authentication number by 07/06/2016. I regret to inform, number is still pending and more than 96 hours have already passed.

I had even tried calling on the number[protected] which is displayed on your website but unfortunately it either goes unanswered or is continuously busy.

Please look into the matter...

As of today all issues and complaints related to RewardPort or Reward port are solved .Most of the delays is due to non compliance on part of certain consumers who try to beat the system .This of course does not mean all the posting here are of those kind of customers .The ones that merit attention have already been taken care of and if not please send to [protected]@rewardport.in or call[protected] and ask for Malaika or Shabnam our relationship...
