Reynolds TRIMAX is the very famous company and your pen is the most trusted pen.My ward always used it.
But after some month you pen and refills are found damage. Please maintain your quality, please do not compromise because the future of all over in world is dependent on pen.

I have a complaint regarding trimax refill. Really they are of very poor quality. I felt that trimax pen is one of the best pen. I loved to write with. But my experience with its refill is really horrible. Everytime i have to by a new pen instead of buying refill. Please improve the quality otherwise you will loose your faith and goodwill among students.

Can you believe it. Trimax does not write. I tried to figure out why. The tip of the pen is bone dry. I think the capillary hole that is supposed to be there does not exist
