We have order the office chair along with order we made payment
But still not get updates and product s

I have booked 2 Apex Chrome base High back Engineered office chair ( APOLLO Brand) as order no #1466 on dt 03.12.2020 and Paid Rs. 2998.00 as demanded through online payment to Rhieshop.in.
But, till dated 08.12.2020 no comunication have recieved for dispatches of m said items.

I ordered office chair from rhileshop but i didn't get my product and i already paid for the product but till now i am not getting any updates and not getting any from there side, i order 3 days ago but didn't get any mail and i sent mail 2-3 times but not get any response from there side please help to either they provide me product or provide my money back please help

On 25th Nov., 2020 ordered APEX CHROME BASE HIGH BACK ENGINEERED OFFICE CHAIR from www.rhileshop.in and paid amount. The gateway razorpay.com is being used to deduct amount from my credit card . But the product is not delivered yet and haven't got any reply for my emails from their customer care email id. And came to know that "these guys are cheaters".

Please advise to get back my money.

Sir, I ordered Faber Automatic Pro Dishwasher through Rhile On Line Shoping vide order no. #1174 and paid a sum of Rs 1, 999/- throgh my ICICI Debit card on dated 26/11/2020, which was received by them through Payment Id:

Sir now I am enquiring about details of booking and expected date of delivery of my ordered item i.e "Faber Automatic Pro Dishwasher" on their customer support email ID i.e "[protected]@rhileshop.in", however my mail was got rejected throgh following massage:
Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@rhileshop.in because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
Please equire and do the needful.
