We are highly disappointed and dissatisfied the way your Printer vertical is working towards customer delight.

Forget about delight out here but they are least worried to pick up at least a call from customer.

One of our critical printer which is placed at our corporate floor and used by top management is down since last Thursday dated 11th May but till date it is not rectified.

I was told yesterday evening that printer would be replaced or rectified today morning till 11AM but nothing has been done till now.

This is not the first case which I have highlighted but every time we are facing challenges as and when there is some issue with printer.

There is no accountability from your team side and we just keep on following on email and phone calls with your team but no satisfactory result.

Last week only due to service issue your team has lost approx. 40Lacs business.

The way your team is acting and treating on critical parameters is not acceptable at all and I personally feel we cannot go like this and possibility of future business would be not possible in such scenario.

    Many off role employees across India still not got salary. ricoh is baat ki investigate karni chahiye. it is human right violation. They take employees from different consultancies. they don't even look into to it. salary ke bina jeena mushkil hai. in future ensure, salary is given on time without any delay.being an mnc company ricoh should not entertain such things.

      I am very much disappointed with your printers. We purchased 11 printers and 9 of them stopped working at the same time. We are running an institution and what can we do without 9 printers. The printers are in the warranty period. To find where the problem was took as 20 days.. Then when we book a complained, it took 13 days for a person to attend.

      Now, they say that we have to change the cartridge. The cost of the printer is rs.3500 and the cost of the cartridge is rs.3000 and it has to be changed for every 5000 copies. What is this? What is the cost of a copy? I was misguided on the cost of copy.

      I have other company printers in my institution and i have not changed the cartridge even after 100000 copies.

      I am very much annoyed by the service and cost of ricoh. I feel very bad for recommending your products.

      We will never buy any ricoh products at our institution.
      Salary credit to off role employees is very much delayed now a days. Please don't delay salary. Completely dependent on salary.

        I Mr. Kishan Jetharam Rathod, am an RICOH SP 210su Printer user since last 9 months. Recently my printer started giving me problems like Paper jam, White Line on Prints. As a result
        • I gave complaint about the same to RICOH Customer Care and got Docket no LPF107946.
        • The next day I received a call from Wipro Service Engineer, Vinod Yadav [protected] on my mobile number that he will visit my shop to service my printer and rectify the printing errors.
        • I also received an sms “Dear Customer your Ticket with id [protected] has been scheduled to be attended and the wipro certified engineer is expected to visit on before 2015/07/15 15:15:13 for any future assistance please mail to [protected]@wipro.com Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 Pm” from Wipro Service.
        • On 16th July 16, 2015 at 11:52 am the Wipro Service Engineer, Vinod Yadav visited my shop. I narrated my printer’s problem to him. He demanded Rs 500/- as service fees and did not listen to my problems and started bad words saying in Hindi “ KYA MAI CHUTYA HUN KYA, MAI 6 SAAL SE IS LINE ME GAAND NAHI MARAR RAHA HUN” he also said that he will report negatively that my toner is bad and that my printers warranty will be expire on his report . I was shocked to hear his bad mouth and disappointed that a Wipro Service Engineer can go to what extend to exhort money from clients.
        • He forcefully took my printers service print and left my shop much to my dismay.

        This indecent attitude by an Engineer representing Wipro Service is shocking, it left me concerned and worried that I have made a great mistake by purchasing RICOH SP 210su Printer and called for the service of the same.

        • I immediately called the RICOH customer care and intimated them about the happenings and the conversation of Wipro Service Engineer, Vinod Yadav and the pathetic condition of my printer.
        • They just took note of the problem and said they will rectify my problems, but still no calls have come to me nor any person visited my premises to give me solution.

        PRAYER


        It is therefore respectfully prayed that you kindly:

        • Take a serious note of my complaint hereinabove;
        • Give solution to my RICOH SP 210su Printers problem.
        • Take necessary precautions that such incident is never repeated.
        • Take action against the said representative.

        My new Ricoh MP 2014 printer is not working on BOSS software. The local Ricoh technician visited and tried to do it, but in vain. The machine is useless for me as I am using BOSS only. Please do the needful at the earliest.
