We had booked package for darjeeling gangtok from ride travel club and we also paid full amount for air tickets but since then they were avoiding our calls and even not receiving our call especially mr. Sumeet and mr. Lalit chaudhary, these people really are fraud, they avoiding our call since they get full amount of package, they wanted more money for air tickets so we decided to cancel, so they said air tickets amount won't be refunded though flights were not booked, we requested many times for refund, but after daily calls to them, they refunded only 5k out of 30k after 3 months so plz do not book any package from ride travel club. Its totally fraud company. We pray god for their deadly dangerous death because they digested our money of hard work... And all these persons are beggers.. Fraud they never live happy life

Please don, t put your money in this fraud company. They will attract you with low price once you paid the advance then they show you their real color. Now they force you to pay full amount. When your tour date coming then directly asking for more money over and above the agreed price which is almost double. When you asking for cancellation they charge you cancellation fee.
Paisa doob jayega dont put your money.

I have booked mandarmani tour and they asked the amount 21k in advance. Once they got the amount they shown their true colour. First they will give lowest quotation for any travel package and ask for payment. Once i made the payment then they will ask for extra amount like travel agent commission, peak season charges, gst etc etc which cost extra 80% of quoted amount. This harassment do not stop here. They will threat of cancellation of trip without any refund and misbehave with you if you are calling them. The senior person mr. Raj dixit, neha and sumit are the main person who force the customers to pay extra or loose the deposited amount.I have spend 60000 and was like I have been theft and frauded.This raj dixit uses very rude and abusing language. So do not get fixed in their trap and book from reputed and authenticated agent..
Put them behind the bars and cancel their tour certificate.

We have booked the packages from ride travel club for alibaug of 2 couples and before booking they have told us the amt 7600 per couples and after making part payment now they are telling us that the cost will be 19000 per couple which is totally unfair

So i request them to cancel my booking because this trip is out of budget for me and that time also they didnt inform me that if i cancel my booking then amt will non refundable they cancel my booking immediately
But now they are refusing to give my refunds i have not gone for any holidays and for what should i pay

This is further to the various correspondences I had with your executives Ms. Varsha (Mob.[protected] and Mr. Virat Mishra (Mob.[protected]. I give below the sequence of events:

I got a quotation from your office for Darjeeling trip. I felt happy proceeding with the trip seeing the itinerary.

But the air fares were not within my budget and I had sent a mail saying that let me not proceed with this.

Mr. Virat introduced himself on 29th March and worked out a proposal for air fare as well as hotel and sight seeing which came to around Rs. 65000/- total package.

I was satisfied and gave my concurrence on Saturday the 30th March around 8.00 p.m. He immediately asked me transfer Rs. 50000/- towards flight booking. In fact, I asked him one day but he said fares will go up. I am forced to make the payment the same day around 10.30 p.m. through Phonepe (enclosed) and forwarded the payment slip also. He asked me to wait and was mum the whole Sunday. Suddenly, he called me on Monday saying the flight charges have increased from Rs. 46500/-to Rs. 72500/- which is not affordable at all.

I have been informed that 23% will get deducted as per company policy. It is really surprising to me. There is no mention about the company policy / deduction in your itinerary which is also enclosed.

Advance Payment Policy:
30 days or more Before date of departure : 50% of Total cost.
29-24 Days Before Date of Departure : 80% of total cost.
21-19 Days Before Date of Departure: 100% of Total cost.

My journey date was May 11th to 14th and made the advance payment well in advance.

I have done whatever you asked but suddenly deducting the money is alarming. That too, without booking, why cancellation?

I thought of referring your agency to my colleagues as well as family members. How will I do now? Is this customer satisfaction?

I would like to maintain good relationship with your agency. As such, please transfer Rs. 11500/- (Rs. 50000 less Rs. 38500/- already refunded) to my account. We hail from a middle class family. Kindly oblige.

I booked a trip from ride travel club worth ₹ 27500/- (Details attached) on 19/04/19 by paying ₹14000/- with a condition that the balance payment will be made before commencement of trip. Ms varsha ([protected]) of ride travel club was dealing for the trip further, i was told that if i book the travel on that date i will get a cash back of ₹5000/-. So, the offer looked attractive, i immediately booked it on the same day. The trip was to commence on 20/6/19. However, within a week they started demanding balance payment which i denied as i was short of money at that time.
In june, i waited for them to follow up for payment. But they didn't called up. So, on 12/06/19, i, on my own called up ms varsha ([protected]) and told her that i wanted to make balance payment of ₹13500/- she told okay make the payment.
After i paid ₹13500/-, i got a call from mr ankit to pay additional rs 13950/- more towards gst, peak charges & travel agents commission. When i asked for break up of payment, they said they will issue a final invoice after the completion of trip.
I was reluctant to make additional payment but since i had planned the trip much in advance for my parents i didn't wanted to spoil it. I had no option but to pay the additional ₹13950 demanded by the company. I got a call from mr ankur [protected] who assured better service and asked me to make payment immediately.
On the very next day, on 13/06/19 i got a call from mr virat ([protected]) who spoke as if he was extorting money from me and told that if i don't make payment my trip will be cancelled.. I had no option but to make the payment. I asked for breakup of cost to which he also denied and told that the same will be provided after trip is over. I also confirmed about the cash back of rs 5000/- to which he replied that it will be done immediately.. He also assured better service.
Based on assurance of mr ankur and virat i made additional payment of rs 13950/- on 13/6/19 on anticipation of better service and cash back of rs 5000/-
The trip started as per schedule but the service was not upto the mark. After the trip ended, i kept on asking for cash back of ₹ 5000/-. After repeated reminders they made a cash back of ₹ 175/- in my account.
They have collected gst and even after collecting gst they didn't provide me gst invoice.
I request you to please help me get my cash back of ₹5000 and also to help me to get gst invoice.

"Ride Travel club" who is a business partner of HelloTravel.com had charged Rs.74, 559/- with their commisssion For 2 flights-(1)Bagdogra to Guwahati (Dt.26-Oct-19) & (2) Guwahati to Ahmedabad (27-Oct-19) for 8 persons including 2 children. But at the time of ticket cancellation they didn't refund any amount. And I had confirmed with GO-AIR Customer care that my refundable amount is Rs.32, 552/- after deduction cancellation charges.

My brother in law has booked the travel package of mussoorie, haridwar and rishikesh and they asked the amount 21k in advance. Once they got the amount they shown their true colour. This has been such a bad experience with me about ride travel club that is horrible.
I have booked package to corbett and nainital 2 months ago but i am continuously being harrassed by hardik rathi as he made false committments with me. He made this trip a disaster and ever since i booked mu package i am being tortured by thia team. I reported the behaviiur of hardik rathi many time to senior people (Varsha, virat mishra) and produced evidence of recording with hardik but no significany action has been taken. To the worst of my miseries hardik today refused all his committment and i am being asked to produce evidence of my communication with hardik. No one is penalising him fir his false cimmittment but i am the one who ia being asked to pay additional amount a day before my visit.
Hardik not only convinced me that no peak season charges are payable towards me but despite my request he did not remove peak season charges point from my package saying "sir package mein aise hi likhna padta hai par aap pareshan na ho aapse ye nahi charge kiya jaayega" (Audio sent to seniors many a times). I have told varsha, virat mishra sir many a times and sent them audio recording every time hardik misbehaved with me saying "agar 2 din mein confirmation chahiye to package cancel kara lo" or "20, 000 mein aap kya sochte ho aapko reaort mil jaayega?" (Recording sent to varsha and virat sir that time only).

I discussed peak season charges and tac even before paying 50% of the booking amount with hardik and ankur but i was always kept in dark with some ill intentions.

Today on 29-05-19 i am being asked to pay peak season charges and hardik refused on his committment saying "i never said so and look at your package".
I am in a such bad situation
I am not given full confirmation of my package and being asked to pay more amount in peak season head".

I am being harassed rigjt from day 1 of my booking by hardik and i am facing his mis behaviour continuously.

Am i really a customer to the company or i have taken some loan that i have to repay.
Hotel confirmations were also given with too much of problems by hardik and after very long time and only after full payment otherwise i was given only 1 hotel confirmation and was asked to wait till 31 may by hardik arrogantly saying" aapki visit se pehle aapko confirmation mil jaayenge".

This is really height of everything and my visit is scheduled on 1 june 2019 and today is 29 june 2019, 22:20 pm.

Is there anyone in this company who works on words and not false committments?

Kindly help as i am under immense stress because of this highly unprofessional attitude exhibited by hardik rathi and team. They tell a lie or dont take any action and are enjoying making fool of people like me.
I would hate to deal with this company ever in my life.
Help me if anyone can.

Fraud company
Just fraud company. Dont book. Fraud starts. 18% gst charged on 4th day business. No receipt provided. Wrong hotel rooms booked. Rs.2000/- cashback promised and provided just rs.0000-. As soon as trip starts they will call you only to loot money.
Such cheaters.
Fraud company.
Do not book.
Hooney moon packge selected.. But not provide to honeymoon special.. Etc
They even use slang if you deny to pay the extra money demanded.

We had booked for darjeeling gangtok tour for that we paid 32k which includes airtickets but after payment they didn't give me airtickets or any confirmations about, and not picking up my calls, after 10 days they contacted me and asked for 6k more then we decided to cancel our tour and wanted refund for that we sent email regarding but 21 days over but they didn't refund my package amount. This is vey fraud company plz don't book any package from this agency.

I have asked for manali tour and they have given package with very less amount and asked for 50% payment. And there after when i made payment of 40, 000 they started asking me for more payment.. This company has only 4-5 people in this club who sits and fraud with people named as rahul, varsha and more 2-3 people! They dont stick even to their cancellation policy. So i request to help me out in getting my refund! This is for the 2 time i m writting this complain.

I had booked my trip with travel ride club. As per initial conversation trip package was final in 33, 000k but after payment of 50% (16, 500) they demand me for more 31, 400, which is exceded around 14900 of the final budget.. When i asked them to give me bifurcation of this amount, they told me 14900k for rest of booking amount out of which 5940k for tax and rest of amount is for miscellaneous (Which was not mentioned previously). But when i told them to write a mail what are the services comming under miscellaneous & why i should pay for it. They denied to write a mail & also not to give any satisfactory reply.

Hello.. I booked ooty tour in ride travel club through hello travel reference.. For this month 11.05.19 to 12.05.19 up and down for total cost of rs.6000/- and paid 3000 advance now they asking another 8000 reg peak charges and gst at the time of booking they said no gst no peak charges confirmed through whats app and now they are saying no refund.. I was looking for uttarakhand packages, ride travel sent the quotation to me for 31k (Flights) + 35k (Hotels). He promised me to give back flights tickets & hotel vouchers same day itself. He even made promise to get seats & meals during flight journey. I made the payment of 50k on holi festival. After 3 days he came back & asked me 7k more saying flight has changed price.

Even after making payment of 7k more he is not giving me tickets. He is still harassing me & my family for more money.

Please suggest what option i have.

This company is a fraud company. I booked flight tickets from them, as they gave a competitive rate. Based on the quote i gave then 100% payment. Post taking the payment they said the rates have gone high. I said don't book. But they said money cannot be refunded as it is lying with goibibo. Either i pay inr 24500 extra or forget the inr 82600 i paid. I had to pay 24500, and they gave me the ticket. But the actual cost of ticket was 85k only. Rest the owner is saying it is commission. I put out the reviews on site and the owner gave back 5k as refund. I further escalated as hello travels was the mediator. The owner is yet to pay the balance 17k to me. He says, remove the negative comments then only he will refund. The owner is also threatening for a court case for negative review. But he is not aware that i have all the call recordings of their communication.

I have booked package for sikkim. Flight amount was told 25964 rs. I have payed 25964 rs on 5th march to these company on confirmation with manisha. No reply from their side on 5th regardng ticket confirmation. On 6th march they called and said your flight charges is 39000. Means they have just fooled us after receiving 25964. They are giving only 50% refund for that amount paid to them even though ticket is not booked. Some 3rd party reason they are giving. These company is just fooling people with half information. Please make them to refund full amount.

I was purchased one package i explained my budget is around 15k they show me 18k budget, i was improved my budget, and i was ready with ride travel club and i was paid 50% payment around 9500/- after i got call through ride travel club and they told me your remaining amount is 21000/- first u pay i will confirm your package, i was asking them how could i have to pay 21000/- my budget cost is 18k that time they gave me explanation, 5000/- your travel agency charge, 4000/- season charge and around 3000/- your package gst 18%and remaining amount is 9500/- is also, so o er all cost is 21000/- that time i request them my budget is 15k to i improve 18k so how can i pay remaining amount, they told me either u can pay or cancel your package

I paid ₹4000 as the booking charge but was not contacted by the travel agent (Sumit) for the next 48 hrs. Hence i tried contacting him multiple times but he never received my calls and instead he kept on texting me on whatsapp “sir am calling you back in 30 mins” again and again but never received a single call from his end. I later contacted you people on... Spoke with siddhart and he explained me on the top on ₹9000 there will be gst (Acceptable) now i am told travel agent charges, peak season charges will be added which i was never informed about now when i tried to escalate the case the case i am told the manager is out of country. I tried to ask for refund then i am being told the amount will come as deducted amount within 7-21 days. Why should a customer pay for anything for which i was not informed about. I spoke with people and educated them that i have faced this issue so on 28th dec, 2018 i spoke with sumit and siddhart on conference call where siddhart asked sumit for his manager name and informed sumit he will be terminated as sumit agreed saying he offered a wrong package. Later siddhart said me how will you proof that our employee lied to you. I mean wow what a great service. Is this way to treat a customer. Now on 28th dec, 2018 when i was speaking with siddhart he was not in office until that time no hotel no cab was booked but as soon as he reached office he says the hotel is booked, cab is booked without confirming us. Neither i was said anything about money received

On saturday, when we were supposed to be leaving for dehradun, post boarding the cab there were no updates from the travel ride club regarding the hotel, i contacted the hotel manager for the voucher that i had received and they informed the booking was for 28th december 2018 and not 29th december
I shared the pictures with the hotel manager and they confirmed that there is no booking on 29th and the pictures shared are fake
The name for the manager is akash and the email id is [protected]@seahawk.in

When we wre about to reached mussorie, i received a call stating that they have booked another hotel and shared the vouchers for the same

I verified the details from the manager of the same hotel and they confirmed that the booking is confirmed

Post that siddharta kept on calling me stating to make the complete payment
I did inform he to wait until we reach the hotel
He did not agree and started abusing hence we agreed to make a payment of another rs4500/
We paid the driver and confirmed the same to the travel agent siddharta that another 4500 has been paid
He stared yelling as he wanted us to pay a total of 11000 for the package, unfortunately there were network issues hence i was not able to communicate on the call for long

Post reaching mussorie at 7pm, i stared receving calls from the agent to make the payment for another 2500, they kept on calling me and yelled like anything,
They also threaten me that if we do not give the extra money they will ask the hotel to make uys leave at the night and they stated "main aapke ghar p pilice bhejwata hoon as aap apise nahi de rhe, and app jo krna h wo kr lo.
I toal me not to talk to us in this way but he never listened, forcibly i had to make another payment of rs 2500 to the driver again

As per the planned trip we were suppose to visit dhaunlti the day we reached by the driver denied stating its too late and he will not drive

I received a call from one of the branch managers #rahul, he was as well no less as he as well kept on asking us to pay more and more
We simply denied this time and disconnected the call

We had consulted the driver that next morning which is 30th we will check out early in the morning and visist dhaunlti, at that time the driver agreed, but once the payment was made in the moring he dinied to leave the hotel
When we contacted the travel agents they did not take our request, we asked the driver to call them and keep the phone on speaker, now what we heard was shocking
#siddhrta asked the driver to tell us that there is an issue with the cab and we will not be able to leave the place before 11am and post that simply bring us back to delhi without visiting any place

We asked the driver if he is going to do the same he said he cannot go beyond what has been asked to do
We told him that if he does the same we will report it to the nearest police stating. Fearing the same the driver agreed to take us to dhanaulti but wanted us to speak to the travel agents

We call them, but they were very abusive, and denied completely
However fearing the police the driver took us to dhanaulti
We were supposed to visit sahastradhara as well on the second but as it was late the driver denied stating if we do not reach delhi by 7 there will eb extra night charge
We had no options left and had to come back to delhi< on the way driver stopped multiple times trice to fill the cng and petrol and wasted more than an hour
Also the driver took the route which had the traffic instead of the route which was clear
We asked the driver to follow the route showed on the google but he denied
We reached our home location by 8:30pm
Post reaching the driver asked us to pay more as we reached after 7pm
We simply denied stating we have paid enough extra and asked him to leave also informed him that the entire conversation that we had in the cab is now recorded with us

He got afraid and left the place

In simple words #ridetrvelclub after offering a package of rs9000 took rs11000 from us also whatever was offered to us on the package nothing was given to us, we could not visit any of the places
Also they were very abusive #siddharta #rahul #virat
No one helped!!! All are same in the company do not have the way to speak to any person!!!
I was also promised a cashback of rs1000
Which no one is caring for
They took an extra of rs2500 and they do not care
Over all they are cheats and a company full of frauds

I am warning each & every customer that the company cheated me & misleaded me & took my 2000rs, i had booked cab for goa, they said package is 4000rs after taking 2000 advance they said me that package is 6000rs,
So i cancelled the package, so for my advance payment
Firstly they said u'll recieve your money in 21days, after 21 days they told me to wait till diwali, now they are saying its a token money & it will not be refunded...
Before taken advance they didn't mentioned its a token money nor such thing in their refund policy..

They spoke very nycily when they had to take money and convinced that they are working since 5 years and previously they had bad remark about the company which has solved now. If the customer will judge them how the company will grow. These people made us fool saying the rooms will be 3 star and ac room will be provided. As we were 3 girls we asked them to give the safe hotels but on the first day when we reached mysore, the hotel was very veryy pathetic. It was c graded hotel. We saw 3 to 4 drunk people entering into the hotel along with ladies it was small hotel banket and bathroom were so soo dirty literally it was stincking. Even our driver we asked him to sleep in that hotel he refused and he thought better sleeping in car. When we called them to ask what is this you have booked for us they said "itne budget me itna hi ata hai". Bloody we have paid 29000 for such 200 rs. Hotel?.. 2nd day we moved to connoor and again the hotel was yukkk full of stink and bed bugs no reception person 2 local guy were standing elso no one was there in the hotel. Only the third hotel in ooty was a bit good thank god so that we did not had to pay for booking another hotel for us. We paid and booked hotels again for us even after paying entire ammount to them. The branch manager virat is so pathetic person he reverted badly to me while asking about the hotel they provided he said "apko jo krna h kar lo ganda review dalo to dekho apke sath kya hota h" i really feel like abusing that person. Overall in the journey just the cab they provided was good rest all was stress. Financial, mental.

So guys do not ever try to go with this agency they are really bad they took extra amount and did not give service and when we argued he said "mail me likha tha ye hotel apko nai chiye tha to phele bolte, yai apke budget ka aisa hi hotel milta h".. So i need to answer you dude " tum log paisa kha k logo ko bewkoof bnate ho. Aur really tum log 1 star k layak b nai ho. Bat krne ki tameez is zero. Just the stress was too big bs complain krke apna trip khrab nai krna tha. Customer doesn't know how the hotel is thats your responsibility to provide them service.

Pathetic people bloody animals.. Its really not safe. Still i will put one star because the cab driver was very genuine and nice person.

Ride travel club is a fraud..
Their executive follows up aggressively till the time you pay token amount
They force you to pay token amount by saying that the amount is refundable.. They will give you in written also but when you claim refund, they just deny saying refund is not their responsibility and talk to customer care.
After writing a mail to customer care, they say that the amount is non-refundable.

The attitude of the executive when i talk of refund is terrible.. As if they are least bothered.

Sincere case of fraud

Guys please do not make bookings via ride travel club.. It is not even legally registered

I had booked holiday package for my family but now the company is changing it's policy and asking us for more money in advance. So i went through their website and read the refund policy which clearly states that we will get a refund of 92% and 8% will be deducted, so i called the manager of the company and asked him to cancel my booking and send me the refunds, but he says that it is not possible.
