wrong deduction of account
I was recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs. 50 showing balance Rs. 43 on 7.11.09 evening and today i received massage from 3600 that i have only Rs.15 as balance hoe Rs. 30 deduct from my account? please explain....

UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION ON MY RIM
ON 10TH DEC 2008 I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED CALLER TUNES AND OTHER SUBSCRIPTION WHICH WERE LOADED ON OUR MOBILE NO.[protected].
THOUGH IT WAS NOT SUBSCRIBED BY US BUT WE WERE FORCED TO ECCEPT THE FACT BY RELIANCE WEB WORLD, REGAL GROUND, JAMSHEDPUR THAT THE SAME WAS DONE BY US.
ANYWAY WE UNSUBSCRIBED ALL THE UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH AN ANTICIPATION THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY CHARGES DEDUCTED FROM OUR RIM MOBILE. WE ALSO...
