I am shocked by the daylight conning by Ring Road Honda service Center in Udyog Vihar.

My 81 year old father went to give his Honda Amaze for servicing to ring road Honda on 29 March 2024, after repeated calls from them saying service is overdue. I couldn’t go with him because my mother had a medical checkup.

My father met service advisor Mr. Naresh - who basically conned my dad into signing on many labor based services without giving his estimate amount. Estimate was calculated after the signing and also tried to sell him insurance by saying that this is special “comprehensive” insurance that is not available anywhere else.

Estimate given to my dad later was of 20.5k for service!!! And 9k insurance quote. I found out about this when I returned from hospital. I called and cancelled the insurance quote. But apparently it was too late for useless service add-ons to cancel. The bill had 5k in parts and 15k in labor (which we have no way of knowing that it was done or not since car was not in front o[censored]s while getting all work done).

How can they make a super senior citiZen sign on unnecessary service items without giving an amount?
Then start servicing without taking approval on that amount?
Mr. Naresh scared my dad into thinking that if he doesn’t take special comprehensive insurance from Honda dealership, none of the car parts will ever be covered.

Ring road Honda and their staff are conning people. If i didn’t have mother’s medical appt I’d have gone. I take that accountability. But why should such a “reputed” business has a need to con their customers!! It is really shameful.

Needless to say, we are never going there again. They may have made money off o[censored]s today, but they have lost a customer forever. Thanks to Mr. Naresh and rest of the staff there that supports such hustling o[censored]nsuspecting customers.

      With respect to Honda Car Amaze

      The car was promised delivery by May 16. Today it is 1st June 2022. No intimation, each time we got some reason on probing repeatedly.

      Finally, I requested the car to be dropped off at my home today because we have some medical emergency at home. I was told it will be sent, but now I am being told the car can't be dropped off. But, payment is being asked upfront, but no follow-up or anyone taking responsibility.

      This is one of the worst services ever. Instead of being courteous, They are all adding more pain to the lives of people.

      Vijay, Surendra, Ashu, and others are completely incompetent when and have a no care attitude towards service.

      Somebody responsible please call asap!

        Dear Ring Road Honda Team,

        Jai Hind.

        Paid servicing for my Honda jazz car was booked for the first slot today, Saturday, 07 Aug 21 at your Gurgaonworkshop. As per your Service executive, the pick up was scheduled at 8:30AM.

        However, your driver called only at 8:45AM and reached my house at 10 AM.

        My car's Service was over by 5:45PM and I made online payment of Rs.17714/- by 6PM today.

        Since that time I am waiting for my car to be delivered back to me and now time is 8PM. At 7:40PM I called on the driver's number and he informed me that he was on his way to the workshop to pick up my car.

        The above is extremely poor service and the driver employed for the purpose is very unreliable.

        It is requested that the above be kindly investigated and would highly appreciate a revert on actions taken to obviate repetition.

          This is to bring to your notice that I bought a honda car bear no. DL 10 CN 2194 in October 2019 from Ring Road Honda Moti Nagar and sicne then i have been facing some or the other issue iin my car . Currently I took my car to the Ring Road Moti nagar service centre and instead of repairing my muci system since it was in warraty, thety rather made it stop working and claimned tht it is not their fault and it shall take atleast 3-4 motnhs to replace wherein i will not be able to use my camera, bluetooth, etc. We have the bills, receipts, invpices, warranty card, etc in our possession but they fail to mend their ways and fix or replace my music system,

              I had a service on 16aug2020 of my car city, vehicle no-hr13q6597, in ring road honda gurgaon, i got changed engine oil, air filter, engine filter and they charged the labour charges of 3100+taxes, is this your charge for changing three things.
              I think this is too much.
              And i am also dissapointed with your staff name deepak, ([protected]) who attended me for the service.

                I got my car honda amaze (Dl 4c aw 3119) serviced at ring road honda, peeragarhi on 19-dec to 01-jan-2019.

                Note: “i know i am very late to posting this complaint because i was not available in new delhi for long time. So when i came to showroom after 11 months on 30 november customer care manager “madhu” is refusing to giving me any compensation.”

                There was a problem with car shockers & suspensions, so i made a decision to replace all the shockers & mounting parts.

                I had chased your service center guys over call & they said to me that you can take delivery of your car on 30-dec & when i went there half of the work was pending (No rear shockers were replaced, no rubbing, no teflon coating). Then on arguing with them, i was being told to pick the car on 1-jan. Discarding all my new year plans i went to workshop but still work wasn’t done and thus to get the work done i spent 8 hours within your workshop.

                So now you can imagine how i had spent my 1st day of the new year.

                Grievance got more worse when i was given wrong invoice. (Costing me more than what i should actually pay).

                Invoice includes the cost of wiper blades which were not actually replaced.

                The same has been acknowledged by your service assistant (Harshit).

                Now you have left me in a dilemma whether the remaining parts which are mentioned in invoice are actually replaced or not.

                This is a breach of trust.

                From future onward i would have to think twice or in fact skip the idea of getting the car serviced from you.

                I would end saying that it was a bad customer experience and customer satisfaction.

                I look forward your reply and hope that this would be taken seriously or else i would have to escalate the matter.

                  It’s been 4 days since I paid for renewal of my car insurance and even now the sales person has not been able to give a renewed insurance copy. 28th Dec mid ni my cars insurance cover expired and I cannot take my vehicle out. Pathetic services and false assurances given. My Car last 4 digit 6540 Honda Brio. Sales person Devender, he is not even picking mob and responding to the follow ups. Thnaks. Hope you can help.

                    My car honda amaze was submitted to the body shop ring road honda gurgaon on 27.07.2018 for insurance claim.
                    The rr honda supervisor mr. Ankur (Mob no. [protected]) and insurance surveyor mr. Sunny (Mob no. [protected]) negligently forgot and didn't submit claim for the rear bumper which was broken during the accident. The car inspection was not done properly even though we mentioned in the claim during the car submission.

                    I am being harassed by them and asked to accept the offer that we will repair the rear bumper. Why would i get the repaired bumper if it has been broken.

                    I would like to know why we should pay hefty insurance amounts if we dont get the satisfied output when car met with an accident.

                    Shall we pay for the negligence being caused by the supervisors?

                    Advice to look into the matter asap.

                      I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had at your moti nagar ring road honda centre for car servicing on date 7 march 2018. Day before i had to asked and suggested to service the above vehicle.
                      I have met with vikramjeet singh one of your representative and one another person who assist him, but both statements are different from each other, one said 1560 rs for basic and written in bill but another told me 1300 rs so first why this difference in rates?
                      Secondly, they behaved very rudely and badly when i asked for back side dust cleaning, he said no madam it’s not possible, another thing when i said for front glass of car cleaning, he asked for extra money, talking about anything for just checking, he forced me for extra charging and he was talking like as a uneducated person. Such kind of executives spoil the brand name.
                      I have been a loyal customer for last two-three year, but today i feel that they will offering me incomplete service, i am also dealing with public, being a public servant, i do not think that there is any space for rude behaviour, misleading the customer and asking for extra money.
                      I came back from centre without taking any service and i am disappointed by them and won’t recommend for any one my relative, friend and my own clients to honda car as of bad service.

                        I have been cheated by Ring Road Honda, gurgaon. They have overcharged me on the price of car Honda city iVTec S model. They have taken money in form of cheque of Rs 8,61,000 for ex-showroom price and generated me invoice for only 8,35,000. Is there any way I can complaint to consumer court and get my difference refunded. Please help, any help is highly appreciated!

                        the same happens to me also, I bought my City and pay around 15000 extra, which I have paid in cash while delivering the car. That time I didnt ask for the bills but later i realized that some cheating is there, than I contacted my sales person and he told that I will give you bills for the difference, this is for accessories etc, I continuously followed him for 2-3 months for the bills, I complained his boss, than suddenly at night he called me and told that he has taken some money from the cash I paid at delivery of car. After that he returns the extra money. But I m still feeling cheated by Honda dealers, my trust has gone. The car is very good but dealers are not good. By the way I bought from pearl honda.

                          I had given my Honda Civic (DL 4C AH 9201) for servicing on 17 December 2010. And had very clearly given the list of issues in the vehicle.

                          One of the issues was a issue from day one, where the alignment of car is a big problem. I have now started to believe this is a manufacturing defect and Honda has not been able to fix the same till date. And even the last service visit to Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon Service Centre, did not help. Though they charged me for wheel alignment and balancing, but the car is hardly aligned.

                          Secondly, while switching on the ignition, there is a peculiar sound which come and insipte of telling the service engineer, nothing was fixed. Even though, despite asking repeatedly, i was told that the job is done.

                          I am disgusted with the way honda has loosely let its service centres run and treat customers. Everytime you give the car, they do something or the other, which is not repairable. They had also broken the bracket above the steering wheel in the car.

                          Service levels are very very pathetic and if honda is just too busy manufacturing cars, the government of india should stand up and do something about these operators.

                          I just hope more people like me dont suffer at the hands of these service engineers and mechanics, cause if you get trapped once....you are entangled till you sell the car.

                            The most useless Honda Dealer when it comes to servivcing. Have staff which it seems have been picked up just to fill in the numbers. Right from the lady who is sitting on the phone to the so called service engineer to the Showroom manager.

                            Gave my car for servicing , for 4 hours not even a single person gave any update on this. Called them up 13 times after that my car was attended to. Noone asked what needs to be done no one was interested. The person who came to deliver the car said Sir too many cars were there for servicing. I have no Idea what is wrong with Honda they have become even worse than the roadside mechanice. Earlier there were procedures but now nothng

                            1) I was not asked what needs to be done in my car
                            2) Had to call up myself to get a job card open (12 calls)
                            3) No confirnation of car reaching their facility
                            4) The car comes back without any intimation
                            5) They only washed the car and that too it was just plain filthy
                            6) no feedback form issued
                            7) Go to Honda website their feedback section dosen't work

                            Maybe Hoinda has also just become one of the companies who have fallen from grace.

                            They are the worst, I bought a City about 6 months ago and had a problem with the stiff rattling suspension. I raised it at the time of its first service, they said it's a new car and will be fine in time. After the second service it still persists. I took the car to the service station and all they did was drive around check and just tightened the underbody. Also saying that there was body rattling, well now how did that happen to a new car which has barely done 9000 kms within the city. They call about the problem to ask about it and offer to send a technician but not about fixing anything.
                            I went around driving other cars of friends and I did not find a problem with their cars...
                            Now what the heck are they waiting and calling for if there is no solution, and sure as hell am not going to spend from my pocket to get it fixed...
                            The other thing is I need the car for my daily use and neither do I have time to just have it parked in the service station hoping something will work out...
                            What should I do. Can someone suggest.
                            Bad customer experience, they were supposed to drop my Honda BRV yesterday but delayed it for 24 hours, Service Manager was on leave today, no info provided to me, things got resolved after 20 phone calls and follow ups.
                            I would recommand not to get your Honda Cars serviced by Road Honda Peeragarhi Delhi.

                              RING ROAD HONDA :POOR RESPONSE / SUPPORT

                              The response / support from this dealer is very poor. Their representatives have all the kinds of excuses in the world to delay the things. I bought a car from this dealer on 27.09.2009 and even today - i.e. after almost 3 months, they have not been able to provide the complete papers for the car. Worst part is that their response is very poor.

                              I have been getting my honda city serviced from RRH Motinagar so far was OK till my car went for a service on 31.12.09 . to make a long story short one word defines it aptly - pathetic . I wish the parent company makes a note of the care being provided to their cars and does something or it will go the way of various other car servicing centers - shut shop. One has to be true to its customers to survive or else it is a short term existence of a few years. I guess sugoi motors has to understand that to soar and stand apart. I wish a happy new year to sugoi motors and pray for them to to make their customers as happy as we make them when we bring our cars in for a service/tinker.To add, some local guys are doing a wonderful job I guess the parent company should identify them.
                              I AM FINDING POOR RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT FOR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE TYRE OF NEW CAR PURCHASED IN NOVEMBER 2010 HARDLY TWO MONTHS OLD.ON 11 JAN 2011 I APPROACHED MOTINAGAR RINGROAD HONDA FOR REPLACEMENT.IWAS ASKED TO BRING VEHICLE ON NEXT MONDAY.SORRY TO STATE THAT I AM FORCED TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE EITHER WITHOUT STEPPONY OR TAKE A RISK TO BE HELD UP ON ROAD IF BY ANY CHANCE ANOTHER TYRE FAILS.                                 I HAD GIVEN MY CAR ON THE 17TH FEBRUARY TO RINGROAD HONDA, GURGAON FOR A ACCIDENTAL CLAIM AND WAS ASURED A DELIVERY ON THE 26TH FEB.I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW REAR BUMPER.I WAS CONSTANTLY DELAYED TILL THE 2ND MAR AND ON THAT DATE THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND THE MANAGEMENT WAS TRYING TO GET AWAY BY GIVING ME A CAR WITH A CRACKED BUMPER AND WITH A FITTING OF IT, WORSE THAN ANY ANY AMATEAUR ROAD SIDE WORKSHOP.
                                THIS WAS SURELY NOT THE KIND OF SERVICE EXPECTED FROM HONDA.I SURELY SHOULD HAVE NOT TAKEN THE INSURANCE CLAIM AND SCREW IT UP AND SHOULD HAVE RATHER GIVEN TO THE CHEAPEST ROADSIDE WORKSHOP AND AM SURE WOULD HAVE GOT BETTER WORK DONE.

                                I have bought my New City in April, no discount, simply refused by executive, GM, no issue as it was a new launch ! I reached with my family to take the delivery, we were excited but treatment we got was very surprising . If are buying a car costing 9 lakh you expect some soft response from the dealer . but it was like pay the balance money and move out ...tata. It was so embarrassing and had spoiled the mood to enjoy the new car!!
                                Even today ... in Sept.09 I have not received my RC. Every time they excuse for 10-15 days...
                                You go to any dealer to take the delivery of even a small car they will great you with some sweets, some pooja etc. Never expect this from Ring Road Hond.. worst

                                Will definately agree, never ever a Honda again from Ring Road Honda, Janpath or anyone. Bought a car in April cash down, and still waiting to get a RC. When after 2 months I asked for the RC, they said there were some papers missing. No one called us informing that.

                                Everytime I go there, a new fellow is there and gives assurances on that it will be delivered this week or next week. No one bothers to call back and Mr. Kapur should come out from his cozy office and get his guys working or probably close down shop. It is simply astonishing the way Ring Road Honda works. Well going to sue Ring Road now, as it is costing me a bundle driving from and too to Gurgaon, as unable to get a Tag. Cannot get pollution check, as they ask for the RC.

                                When I picked up the car, where the money was already paid in advance, they forgot to keep it ready and had to wait for 4 hours for the vehicle. Ring Road Honda, is the worst place to buy a car. The staff is completely out of their minds and think they are more important than the customer. Just because Honda sells, and not because of Ring Road Honda, Mr. Kapur is making money so he is least bothered about the servicing or the customers.

                                Ring Road Honda should close down the shop and maybe let someone else handle it who is going to provide some service and treat customers with more respect.

                                Ring Road Honda stinks all the way and never ever again a car from them or their partners.

                                i gave my city for servicing at RR honda peera garhi...plus some ignition problem & brakes checkup...
                                estimate given was Rs.10900...delivery same day...failed to give delivery the next day...total bill Rs15, 500...plus some nonsense amount of Rs5200 for central locking actuators...plus wasted my entire day keeping me wait for 3 & half hours...after that they said they were sorry as they could not arrange for actuators...take it or leave it for one more day...these ppl are just sucking money out of loyal honda customers...bloody PIGS!!!
                                I bought honda Civic Hybrid from R R Honda Piragadi In february 2009. Car number is DL4C AH 7659. The advisor said to me before buying the car that this car will gives us good mileage as he said 20 21 kilometer per liter but aafter so many months as i noticed that every month that car is not giving good mileage not upto 8 or 9 kilometer per liter, . thats the one thing and now second thing is whenever i send my car for service in service station in piragadi they never ever gave me my car in good condition as they say we will get their best services always, dirty interior and not washing at all. Thats what honda is and thats what HONDA MANAGEMENT. Around june month my car was in service station and the day they promise me to deliver the car my driver went there to pick up the car and what my driver notice was unbelievable, my cars front BUMPER was totally Damaged and the man said to my driver it is not what happened here in our service station, my driver called me and explain me everything and i talked to them and after 2 Hours they agreed to replace the damaged part. such a shame and such a THIRD CLASS HONDA MANAGEMENT I WOULD SAY. Honda should close selling and servicing because roadside shop will do much better than the filthy honda. I took swear never to buy honda anymore because they are, UNCHI DUKAN FEEKE PAKWAAN.                                 I do agree with the other complainents here...Even I feel that whenever I take my car back from any service or repair from RR Honda Peera Garhi, one or the other new problem starts...my latest problem being the front driver side power window malfunction which started all of a sudden aftr the very same door was opened by the Peera Garhi mechanics for a denting painting job a few months back..I had lodged several complaints abt the same to the customer care at Peera Garhi n even lodged d complaint by e-mail for continuous 3 months...bt they r not even bothered to even acknowledge my complaint...
                                ..no matter what these guys put their hands on, they are very much capable of creating new troubles...
                                I feel that I should have bought a Maruti SX4 instead...

                                I totally agree with the service problems that owners of Honda cars today facing. I have a Honda City and till no I was goint at Peera garhi and always have some issue or the other either with quality of service, time commitment or increased final bill than estimated in the job card. I was thinking of switching to Ring Road - Motin Nagar but after going through the comments, dont know where to go because these are the 2 nearest dealers that we have.

                                If someone from Honda Motors is actually paying attention to this, I would request them to give surprise visits to these service stations and see what people are going through and there is each and everyone who has some problem or the other. and you keep escalating it to their managers or upwards but there is hardly anyone who is actually interested in providing the solution.

                                i own a honda city zx car reg no dl 4c ah 3166 . it was recently hit from the back and was given for repair at your authorized service station Ring Road Honda situated near peera garhi delhi on 30 august 2010. I was highly unsatisfied with the services given to me at your above service station.i would like to bring the following points in your notice-


                                1. The estimate given to us in the beging was frightening for a small hit from the back.initially around over 1 lakh was given to us which later comes to nearby 68000 at last.this tendency of over estimation drives away your valuable customers.

                                2. the time given for repairing initially was approximately between 10 -15 days only but they have not repaired till date.

                                3. the repar done so far is not upto satisfaction although they had pressurized us and taken our signature on satisfaction certificate even much before handling our car to us.can be verified from the service station instantly as we had not taken the delievery of car.

                                4.some functions of the car like power window etc were completely functional at time of given the car for repair .later after 3 weeks we were informed that the left side power window was not working and extra charges would be taken for its repair.

                                5.the paper work to our insurance compant was very slow and nobody listens and gives satisfactory answers to expedite the formalities.

                                6. they have not changed the front line fender even they were damaged.


                                there are many other problems we have faced during this time period which neednt be mentioned as it brings lot of harrasment to us.

                                I bought my Civic in Dec'2007 in Ring Road Honda, Janpath and getting it serviced in Peeragarhi branch. I have seen it going from worse to worst. The biggest problem with them is their careless attitude, lack of competence of technical staff, unavailibility of spare parts and pathetic management. The technicians there are not able to figure out the problem in my car, about a strange noise and on top of that they cook up some idiotic story and want us to believe it too. When I was trying to argue with the adviser about the unsolved problem, his superior was sitting on a chair, slouching and eating paan and giving a very amused look. NEVER again I am going to give my car to them, as it is a sheer waste of time, energy and money...Never expected this from Honda.

                                My car no DL 4CAB 8844 has been through 80 K service at Ring Road Honda, Gurgaon (no option but to go there due to proximity). They don't follow Honda service culture even a bit. No calls made to confirm job completion. I have to check several times during the day to find out exact time of delivery. When I reached found a few scratches on the car body and a flat tyre. This is inspite of keeping the car for over 10 hours, no body could find that out. It took another hour to get change of tyre and took the car out. Within a week I realized that service was not done properly. So I thought during any feedback call, I would raise this issue, but no calls came. Later I had to book a service request afresh for getting my minor complaint addressed. The car was promised to be picked up and delivered the same day after completing the job. But to my surprize it was picked up at 12 noon from my place, reached the workshop at 2 pm and job card opened at 4 pm. I checked at 6 pm and the guy on the job carelessly told that it will be delivered the next day as the job card was opened late. What a funny reason for late delivery.

                                Is Honda doing their service with a smile or with frown I don't know. But I have frown all over my face due to such regular poor episodes. Any cure...??

                                I had sent my honda civic car to ring road moti nagar for repairs and due to unavailabity of parts, I was told that it would take around 1 month fore the car to be delivered and teh approx. estimate would be around 220000 and now its been 2.5 months that i havent got my car back and they have also increased the estimate from 2200000 to rs.2500000..whenever i call them forthe status of my car they say the same thing that its gonna take 2 more days for the delivery...please look into this matter as soon as possible..

                                I had given my car on 14th December 2010 to RING ROAD HONDA, Udyog Nagar, Industrial Peeragarhi Chowk for an Accidental Claim and was assured a delivery on 20th December 2010 . I am being constantly delayed and have not been given a specific date . Well this is not the first time i have encountered such service but before as well in July when they kept me waiting for a part of my car to be replaced, for a month . and when i received my car i had jammed doors, a cracked windscreen and they give me an excuse that my car was parked on the roof and it was due to constantly standing in the heat . This was surely not the kind of service expected from Honda . I surely should have not taken the insurance claim and screw it up and should have rather given to the cheapest roadside workshop and am sure would have got better work done and on time .

                                i am a person who has worked with ring road honda for 3-4 months. All the higher management people taught me how make fool of a customer. they use to give me targets that today you have to gives as billing of some amount by making customer fool by saying this is necessary this has to be done in your car. In the evening when i can't able to achieve my target i was scolded. so after 2-3 such events i left the job.

                                for the people who are having honda i would like to say you all are lucky to have the best car which needs minimum maintenance. All the problem you face are common which arises in every machine after usage.So for these problem your car required service.

                                ring road honda is having high load so they don't have time to focus on your car.all you can do is just get awareness about the service, always ask your service advisor what the hell are you going to do in this service and things they write on job sheet you must ask why. If you didn't understand what he said about the things mentioned on the job card, simply tell him to cancel it. because all such things are generally there targets. The important thing they write on job sheet is 1)_ _ k service as per schedule only this is required by your car

It is 18 days today and my car is still not ready for want of a spare part "dikky garnish". a mere cosmetic item.

There was no complaint earlier, suddenly after the service car started making all these sounds... Once earlier they did it and apologised saying that the bearing was loose, and now second time... this is deliberate and shameful way of making money out o[censored]n suspecting customers.                                 They have accepted to get windshield replaced realizing the fact that this was their mistake (acceptance in bold in their mail below).
                                But now they are refusing to do so as this is delayed for one year.

                                ON BOTH THE OCCASIONS i.e on 05/12/2011 at mileage of 58113 kms & on 29/05/2011 at mileage of 67686 kms(while servicing of the car) I HAVE REQUESTED TO GET MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED BUT THEY CAME OUT WITH AN EXCUSE OF NON AVAILABILITY OF WINDSHIELD.

                                I kept on requesting but they kept on delaying it for non availability.

                                THE CHEAT POLICH OF RING ROAD HONDA SAYS, KEEP ON DELAYING THE THINGS ON BASIS OF NON AVAILABILITY N THEN TURN IT ON TO CUSTOMER THAT THIS IS DELAYED FOR 1 YEAR SO WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT REPLACED.
                                THIS SOUNDS REDICULOUS.

                                IF THEY WILL CHECK THEIR RECORDS EVEN MY Registration certificate & Driving License ARE LYING WITH RRHONDA SINCE THEN.

                                Bottom line:

                                1)THERE WAS NO DELAY FROM MY SIDE.HAVE REQ SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY KEPT ON DELAYING FOR NON AVAILABILITY

                                Kindly note that RR Honda body parts manager Mr Pramod checked crack on my my replaced new windshield (as per mail attached below) & confirmed that crack was b’cos of lapse from their side in fixing new windshield..He even agreed to get it replaced FOC realizing that this was their error.
                                After that they kept on delaying the things for one or other reasons.

                                Today Mr Pramod called after been approached through HONDA, informing me that he will be get it replaced through my insurance policy & I have to bear some expenses too.

                                Pls advise 2 things:
                                1)Why should I be paying for any lapses which occurred from RR Honda’s side
                                2)Why should I allow them to claim money fr Insurance policy & loose my No claim bonus.

                                This type of practice is unethical & totally unacceptable.Looks like we are dealing with unprofessionals

                                Kindly note that one of your authorized dealer Ring Road Hinda Gurgaon got my windshield replaced few days back.Within coupls of days it started cracking fr the left side corner without any damage fr outside.Same was informed to the lady n someone was supposed to visit our place to chk it out.But till now no one turned up.Even the mail was floated to their MD but we didn’t get no response.
                                Either glass was not fixed properly or they are not using original Hinda windshields.
                                Could someone fr Honda investigate into it so that dealers are not damaging image of Honda.

                                Dear Sir/Madam
                                This is to bring to your kind notice that i had brought my HONDA ACCORD 2.4 ELEGANCE MODEL with the Registration no. DL 4C AN 3835 (bought on 28th May 2011) to the ring road honda workshop at moti nagar for an accident claim on 10th of November 2011. I was told that the frontnt bumper of the car would be changed and i would get the car in 10-15 days.
                                However, When i enquired about the status of my car after 10 days i was told that the part need s to be imported form japan and the HONDA company has send the bumpers of the old odels and they are not manufacturing the bumpers of new models. I was advised to get the bumper of the old model installed, obviously i refused and again i was told that i need to wait for few more days.
                                On 21/12/2011 i personally talked to the manager of the Ring Road HOnda Body SHop Mr Rajinder, who assured me that the car would be delivered within 1 week. Again on 2/1/2011 i personally visited the body shop where again I was assured that the car would be delivered on 5/1/2012.
                                Sir/Madam today is 7/1/2012 and I still have not recieved my car and thus I am writing this mail in disappointment and despair. Is this how multinational company like HONDA treats its high end customer, who spend 25 lakhs to buy their product. Do the staff at Ring Road Honda thinks I am a fool, that i would believe that HONDA i not manufacturing the bumper of the car it launched this year. I am really ashamed that I am a customer of HONDA.
                                I am sorry to state that now that the car has not been delvired since 1 month, I dont need my car back

                                Sir/Madam I kindly request you to look into the matter and cooperate, so that i get my car with the new bumper installed as soon as possible, other wise I will have no choice but to go as per advice of my legal advisory and file a complaint against the company in the CONSUMER FORUM, let the company keep the car and use it to replace the parts of other car models since it cant manufacture new parts and return me my money along with my due compensation.

                                6. I have Booked an appointment for service on 15.2.15. Call attendant executive assured me for pick on 16.2.15 at 11 AM, But no pick up was made and no phone call was made to me for not picking up the car
                                7. Please do not go to buy such expensive car or great brand from showroom like this
                                8. 17 days have been passed and I am still driving my car on temporary number.
                                9.I request honda manufacturer's to review the rating of this agency and than renew their agreement
