I registered my seat at chandigarh university dated[protected] with a payment of rupees 10000 which i have paid in cash in the office at kachni chawni jammu through jammu and kashmir debit card. As this fee was refundable with a loss of rupees one thousand only, i could not get the addmision in yoyur institure, as i was admitted in skaust jammu.
