I ordered a gown from riyana shop yesterday, and i searched up for the reviews and got to know that this is a fake site... Pls im afraid that my money is wasted... Should i complain to the police?

I ordered a sharara suit but they don't respond to my emails and I don't get my product still now they are fake

I have ordered three sarees from here and the merchant is not replying to any mail. And even they are fake i got to know. I want refund for my products.

Hello I have placed an order on riyanashop worth 199 and not recieved any information regarding the product delivery and the product hasn't been delivered yet and also they are not replying to emails or picking calls

Totally fake site but I realized it after doing payment
It show outfits at very low price to attract customers n don't give options for cod

I order product of Rs199 and are not giving any respond regarding to the product.
I order this product on 10 aug.
contact no. of company ([protected])the contact no. is always switch off.
the address given in the website is "102 padar international business, surart, GJ".
Now, i just want to refund my money ..

Hello sir/ mam, I am placed my order in website named riyana shop to the extent of ₹420, a saree& dress on 4th August 2021, till now I haven't got any shipping details, delivery or anything else to my mail, I did online payment of 420 through the media of razorpay, when money deducted I got a mail that my order placed shortly you will be informed, but till now I haven't, I mailed them but no reply, I made a call but it's switched off, not only me many of the customers where cheated over because of this type of websites, I searched in various Flatforms all said even we also cheated by riyana shopping.. Please help me to have my money back, thank you sir/ mam
