Dear sir,
I am sivarajan, working as software engineer, in madurai, tamilnadu. I ordered a full blue colour discover 125 ST
before the diwali festival but i did not get it till now due to your madurai bajaj bike dealer worst performance (RK BAJAJ,
byepassroad, madurai). I have booked the bike on 02/11/2012(Friday). That time teamleader(BALA) said "full blue colour discover 125st bike
will be delivered within 5 days and only after that i paid 5000rs advance. I went to their outlet again on 7/11/12 as they promised me to deliver it,
But still their response was the same, but if i pay the initial amount of 17000 rupees and take the black with red, they would change the panel to blue on 15th,
so i beleived them and paid it.Yet they are to fulfill their words. I am really frustrated and stressed out due to their careless behaviour.
I am not the first customer whose valuable time is wasted and respect towards bajaj is spoiled, there have been many buyers at this outlet who underwent
the same agony as i have. Kindly look into my complaint and do the necessary actions on them.
