This is my first time use this service because of some emergency I had to transferred my mother's medicine but they are literally so lazy to work properly. My parcel is in varanasi RMS on 14.03.2024 and today is 18.03.2024 still not delivered to me . Online status shows that it's in varanasi RMS. Please take some serious action against them . Many people sending their so many documents some of them are important may be. Mine was medicine...

AT RMS SPEED POST cANT VARANASI NO ONE BOOKED SPEED POST TODAY AT 06:15 A.M.ON07.11.2009.WHEN REQUESTED TO PRESENT POST OFFICER WHO WAS WITOUT DRESS AND NAME PLATE HAS REFUSED RUDLY.
I WENT AGAIN AT 08:37 A.M AND BOOKED SPEED POST LETTERS.RECIPTS NO-SP EU[protected] IN, SP EU[protected] IN and SP EU[protected] IN.
