I have moved my stuff through them from Chandigarh to Bangalore.

Let me start with the list of broken items

overall crockery broken ~ rs 20000

Trolly bags were broken ~rs 6000

Bed was broken

If the movers and packer’s doesn’t how to move and pack the stuff what is point ?

I shipped my house through RMS PACKERS. My TV was broken during transit. My mattress is torn and beyond usable condition!!
I have claimed insurance of 60, 000 through Mr.Mukesh.
It's been three months since I have filed the claim and I haven't gotten ANY RESPONSE by Mr.Mukesh.
He kept assuring that I will be given equivalent amount and NOTHING is happened. It's been THREE MONTHS

We hired them from Naya Nangal, Distt- Ropar, Punjab to Vijaipur, Distt- Guna, Madhya Pradesh. Our complaint is regarding their transportation. They didn't transport our items properly. We were continuously asking them to load all the items properly but they were so rude that they didn't listen.At the time of loading they were just dumping. And after unloading we found every item is damaged. Our clothes that were in bedsheet they all are soaked in water. Every bed sheet was torn off and our clothes soaked in water and many of them got decoloured. All our luggage too were soaked in water. Our dining table chairs, plastic chairs, Wooden chair, Microwave, Bedsheets, clothes, table fan, computer table, and many more things got totally damaged. And our one bag is missing.They make many promises at the time of hiring but they just damaged our all items. And know when we are complaining them they are not picking up the call. and one bag is missing also.
