Friends this rna builders is suppose to be a big and reputed builder in mumbai but seems they are cheats and fraud people, i had booked a flat in one of thier projects, rna continental in chembur, mumbai, in year 2011 and accordingly agreement was signed, 95% payment was made to builder and all govt taxes and duties paid, from 2011 till today june 2017 i am yet to get possesion of my flat and everytime i call them or try to visit they simply...

This is with reference to the waterlogging in and around our building. I am resident of M/s RNA Broadway Avenue CHS, at Mira Road. Every Month at the end of the month, the builders are paying partial amount for STP and partial amount is paid by the federation of RNA CHS. This has been done for last 10 years.
There was dispute among our federation and the Builders, regarding the amount to be paid for STP. I would like to know why...
