I got my loan approved from LIC and applied for registration on 15th Sep 09 and paid the necessary amount. NG Paradise- Electricity bill Name not change from Builder to OWNER
Hi,
I had purchased a Flat from RNA Builders (NG) N.G. Paradise in August'08 and got possession on 08th April09 with pending (punch list) work. Its around 22 Items are not completed.
And I have done the all (like VAT, Society Maintenance etc) payment in Feb'09.
In June'09, I got the Electric meter from the Reliance Energy. The meter is installed by Builder Name.
As per Company rule we can transfer...
