I purchased Roadster running shoes from Myntra and their return or exchange policy is within 14 days but the shoes damaged within a month.

My question is how can a customer decide that the product is good in just 14 days of the Myntra return policy.

The product has to be replaced or need the refund amount of RS. 1250.

As being very good brand I have purchased Roadster Men Olive Green Solid Bomber Jacket on[protected] on Myntra site, and the Jackets seems to be very low quality or duplicate, not known, I say this because the jacket wrist rubber got damaged soon within a month time and also colour started faded, and by now its most colour have been faded and Jacket looks very ugly and I am totally dissatisfied with this. I request you to either replace the Jacket of same amount of refund the money.

I bought a Watch on Flipkart with the Warranty of 6 months but Know the watch was not working well And also Inside Light was Not Okay

This is in regards to the Roadster watch delivered on 31st May 2021. I
purchased the product in the month of may and within a 4 months I faced an
issue with that product strap. While wearing the watch the strap got broken.
Since the product is under 1 year of warranty guarantee I request you to
get exchaned the same.

I had ordered Roadster White Tshirt from Myntra app. There is a brown leather like tag at the bottom and on the first wash itself it has released brown stain all over the white T-shirt. I can not wear this T-shirt anymore. I don't see any complaint portal for roadster products. Myntra also doesn't have the option of returning the defective item also doesn't allow lodging a complaint

I am completely dismayed how the Sales and cashier clearly dodged and manipulated the bill. First they gave confusing variations of discounts. I understood that if I take 1 it's 20% if I take 2 it's 40%. But the actual discount was "buy 2 and get 2 free on all items .. also there real problem is that I didn't get a 40% discount I got a 24% discount - how ? And why 24% ?

I had recently purchased a pair of shoes from myntra of Roadster brand. The inner sole pasting was totally open and there were marks on the shoes, when I choose to return it, myntra didn't want to take it back saying that the when it was shipped it was okay and had no defects. I had written to roadster but still didn't get any response from the company.

Hi a month back i ordered shoes and i started to use by last week only and they are tearing now. They are very bad quality
Respond me otherwise i will file case in consumer court. I didn't walk in rain or i didn't put water on them. And used only for office but still they are tearing on both sides as i sent pic to you.

I have ordered a roadster t-shirt on 24 december and the item was delivered to me on 27 december but when i opened i saw that i have received a toned aka defective piece so i have claimed an exchange request and ordered that same t-shirt again and my exchange order placed and today the delivery boy has came to my place and asked me why you are exchanging this item so i told i have received a defective piece so the delivery boy had told me that defective items cannot be exchanged you have to put a return request but no return option is showing me. Help me out place a return request and pick that item and refund me my money and dont trouble me anymore.

I cancled an order in flipkart, I had purchased it with debit card.I cancled it when it wasn't even delievered. It was just shipped from seller. In my flipkart account the refund status says that it has been successfully completed but the amount is still not reflecting in my card on checking. The refund status said this on the very day I cancled it. I waited for two days to see if anything hapoens, still there is no mail from flipkart. It just says it's successful. I have again mailed the customer support but there is no reply. Not even the computerised text that they will be taking some action within some hours which they usually send.
