In the event of continuous follow up with builder personal since last 7 months majority of the work is still pending and also very poor quality of workmanship is observed
With 17 times reminder
No body in the organisation is serious and taking the responsibility of the bad work also please note that full payment is done since last 7 months

Also they are not allowing other people to correct there work

Its the problem with most of the people in the society
Need solution as we are losing interest on the money paid since last 7 months

Rohan builders have developed a property called Rohan Jharoka - I have bought a flat in this building there are many issues but some of them are listed below:
- The project was delayed by 18 months after the slab for my floor was laid (that is complete payment of the construction cost)
