I don't have any vehicle yet I haven't visited any service center yet Rohan motors harass me by calling at least 10 to 12 times a day I'm a government employee Whenever I am on duty time then only their calls come from Rohan Motors there is a madam named Vanshika who calls again and again during the day also at night and I am editing her number also. So this madam should be explained or else I am going to make a police complaint also if the call comes now.

My father has a Maruti Wagan R 2012 model. His car was damaged in an accident and he has given his car to Rohan motors service center located at GMS road Dehradun on 3rd December 2013. They have mentioned date of delivery 9th December, however when I called the executive name Vishal on 8th December to know the status of the car he said "all the things are done but only one part i.e quarter panel of the car is not yet available, whenever it will come then it will take 2 more days". At the same time I visited the service center to check my car and there was no work started in the car and then Vishal said that I meant to say on call that all parts are available but we cannot fix them up till last part will be available and paint job will be done after that only. Even after he knew that my father cannot even walk he is totally dependent upon the car he provided him the service car on 12th december 2013 after 10 days. Which is really not acceptable and when my father went to service center to pick his car on 14th December, the car was not totally ready. The left side door which he said that its done is still not dented and painted. and moreover one new dent is there on there on the car which Vishal accepted that it has been done by mistake from service center people only. There is a Scratch on the new bumper. This is totally shame on Rohan Motors. I am really very disappointed after spending so much on authorized service center we are getting that bad work. Even the road side denters and painters can work better than this. I am raising this issue to consumer court as this type of type of work and executives like Vishal who are not at all a genuine person and lies sitting in the office are not acceptable.

I have purchsed the alto LXI in oct-07 form rohan motor delhi, my paid service is due now so I went to rohan motor service centre but when i went there and estimated the amount of servcies they have charged me around 5500 hundred incuding the charges of labour around 1000 and any other charges. then i refuse to give the vehicle then one of the labour asked me to the same taking the some money around 600 then he will charge the less amount.
kindly help what amount to be give for servcie.

black colour booking financed by Megma Finance case has been rejected . i have not even recived recipt of payment, Now i want Refund of my payment, and employs of rohan motors are not co-oprating me and i am sufring most, ineed my money, ihave allready signed the formalities of refund twuce with Mr. Suraj Pathak (Rohan Motors Dehradun) but my refund is still not setteled. guide me now what to do & how to do.
