I have a swift vdi (Dl7ct1415) diesel version which has driven 90000km. Yesterday i
went to rohan motors to servicing of car. I had a service adviser whose name was ashu, he wrote to me on job card that sir will do all this work in your car. He has given me 8200+ 28% service tax made the bill. I said that on the phone you did not say so much and that all this work is done in the major service. And that service has been done in my february. He says that it will cost only. Not less than this. I said i do not have to serve here. I'll take it somewhere else, he told me to sign a paper. It was written that i can not accept this bill, so i am going. I told him to do the explanation of the job card you have created. Is this all work done in this service that can not be explored? And you can say that you can serve more and more here, you will have to pay the same amount. Your train will not go out without sign. You have to do the sign. And by signing, i have come from there. I have been talking about this too many times before... My complainant no.1.[protected]

Extra charges and not proper services

Sir, i had given my Maruti SWIFT VDI car no UP16AW-6275 to the above mentioned service centre.
the service boy who prepared my job card have given me estimate about 9000 rs for service.
As a simple customer i was not supposed to have all information about service schedule.
when i saw the bill, i was shocked there was fuel injector cleaning service costed me about 1500.
after discussion with service manager, i came to know that this was not mandated in the normal schedule.again they charged about 2300 rs only for labour charge.
as a simple car user, i know rs 2300 alone can not be labour charge for service time of about 2 hrs.
after questioning with service manager, they said these are our normal rates and our workshop is one of among top rated maruti workshops in india.
is it true, does maruti's service standards differ locationwise.
sir, i have all details about my bills and i can show you tese charges.
please take action against such service provider, who misbehave and cheat with innocent customers under the maruti's brand name.
kindly request you to please recheck my car, & solvw the car prb.
