Company is fraud
After returning the product they are saying product is missing

I purchased a heavy rain suit for rs. 2195/- having warranty of 3years on the term and codition. But the item was not as claimed, its poor stiching removed even after one time use. So I wrote to the company. They pick up the suit by order no. R29553 in Dec. 2021 and asked me to fill refund form. Till then they did not initiate any return nor responding even after so many mail and message. This seem a big fraud. I am looking for legal action.

I have purchased a raincoat with rs 994 from Romanonx.com(order id 31227).The product I received get uncomfortable and s I had return it.I received a confirmation from their end that they have received the returned product.That was a month ago I e 20 November 2021.I asked them to return the money I paid.I sent them the necessary bank account details but to no avail .Their reply is absolutely silence .please take necessary action against this complain
