I booked the number plate for vehicle number DL3SDQ9089 on 17 Jan 2021 and made the payment in advance. However, I have not received any such calls neither the plates are installed.

    I had booked for home delivery of colour coded sticker for my vehicle DL1CV 8402 ion 30 Dec 2020 vide STBMDL3800D3D0-6E4D.Despite of repeated calls, reschedule of dates, emails contacted company executives I didn't receive the sticker till date, kindly do needful.

      I booked hsrp number plate on 24th Dec 2020 and get appointment on 21st Jan 2021 but till now my number plate is not delivered and no one from consumer care provide me statisfactory details my order I'd is BMDLFEC83B[protected].

        Sir/Madam,
        I am Harshit goyal .I live in Delhi from shahdara .My bike number plate was lost that's why I applied to new number plate in your company . Now 28/2/2021 is home delivery date to my number plate and 2pm to 6pm time period but unfortunately your employee came before the time and did misbehave, using abuse language to us on during call . if you come my home at least informed before the time at reached but your employee nothing reached my house and Misbehave on call your company is a reputed company so take action against this type stilted employees . please sir to do something in this matter its totally mentally torcher by this person . PLEASE HELP PLEASE HELP🙏🙏

          I already called customer care several times, they keep giving new dates for delivery.

            Facing issue for getting service against paid charges for HSRP Sticker home installation.
            Given lots of customer care complaints call as well as reminders to company.
            Below mentioned is mail communication and summery of responses between me and company's customer care:

            "Dear Team,
            I am, Sourabh Dureja, mailing from my registered Email Id for Order ID STBMDL1320872C-90DD.
            I had booked for Sticker Installation at Home Delivery on 12th November 2020 between 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm.

            No one communicated or approached me on above said date and time.

            I called the customer care team @ [protected] 04 times on 12th Nov. 2020 for representative follow-up and further update but did not get any response except "wait for the above time slot...he(representative) might get late...backend team working till late night 11 pm."

            I called again another day and got a response that " please wait for 24-48 hours for a response. The case is escalated and I will get a reply back by a senior person."

            I did not call again because of the festival schedule but after 3-4 days, I got a call from Mr. Neeraj(+91-[protected]) and according to him, "Representative said lie update that customer(me) denied for availability and asked to come after 3-4 days."
            I asked for any call record for conversation then he didn't have the answer on spot.
            He committed to arranging the next appointment on the next day for resolution between 09:00 am to 01:00 pm.

            no one visited till 01:15 pm then I called on the same number again 2 times to get action follow-up but did not get a response (was not picking call).

            I called again multiple times on customer care but didn't get a proper reply except wait for the next 24-48 hours.

            I continuously tried a mobile number +91-[protected] and got a response once that "Mr. Neeraj is dealing with Dealers only not with retail customers. Someone by mistake called the retail customer"

            I called again on customer care and tried to have word with Mr. Karan and others but the call dropped multiple times without any network issues from my side.

            Finally, I had word with Mr. Bhupinder with firm assurance to rectify this issue within a day as communicated on Friday 20th November 2020.

            Today 03rd day after the last communication with customer care but not getting any result.

            My Receipt validity is showing till 27th November 2020.

            This was a pathetic and worse service response ever by your organization.

            I am attaching herewith my Order Receipt and Validity status for your reference.

            Please on a serious note, look into this matter to take action for Home delivery and Installation"

              This is to bring in your kind notice that I have ordered High Security Number Plate and Fuel Type Colour Coded Sticker from you website by paying online. But surprisingly, the product I have received is incorrect which means the colour coded fuel type sticker is not as per the directive of Motor Vehicles Act. As per the law ; since my fuel type is DIESEL, therefore my sticker should be orange in colour but surprisingly the sticker that I have received is basic silver and reflective transparent in colour which itself indicates breach of law committed by Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt Ltd. It is therefore requested to look in the matter on high priority and issue me the correct sticker in correct colour so that I may not be compelled to take competent actions under law against this error committed by the company. I am also attaching herewith, the vehicle registration details for your easy reference and action thereby. Hoping for a timely action from your side on high priority.
