Hi All,

I had booked my HSRP number plate from ROSMERTA safety systems Limited and they have have sent a wrong number plate.
We have approached them and have raised a ticket with them and also given them all the details regarding the wrong number plate that has been printed.

They have not sent the corrected number plate despite reaching out to them via mails and calls. They keep giving the standard reply that we have escalated this issue and you can expect this issue to be resolved by this week. But there is no update from them despite following up with them multiple times.

They dont give the latest status of the number plate and give standard reply in the mails stating "sorry for the inconvenience"
ITs been more than 1 month since we are following up with them.

I have made payment to Rosmetra Safety Systmes Pvt Ltd for HSRP amounint to Rs.384/- on dtd.09-06-22 but till date neither I have got the HSRP Order details or refund amount. Whenever, I sent mail to them to refund my money but they are not responding properly...

I applied for HSRP for my vehicle no. DL8SCB8034 on 15.04.2021 for whom the appointment dated was 28.04.2021, but due to Covid 19 lockdown it was not delivered to me on the scheduled date.

Later on I had a conversation on call center of Rosmerta Safety System Private Limited where they told that HSRP will be delivered on 14.06.2021 but it was not delivered. Again I called call center again they told it will be delivered on 21.06.2021 but again it was not delivered.

in view of the above, i am not able to understand was the problem is going on, as due to which again i have to take a leave from the office to have my HSRP but it always go in vain.

So my complaint is finally when i will be able to get my HSRP.

i have applied for hsrp number plate againt my vehicle registration number - [ UP25BH6883 ] with payment id - pay_H3IQPdRf1eS4Xm. But i did not get any order number .
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Dear Sir,
I have made today online payment ₹422.70 for High Security Registration plates for my vehicle registration number HP37D3491
Payment was successful but receipt is not generated yet.

1. Original registration was made for home-delivery of color-coded sticker for vehicle number DL5CExxxx on 16th Dec 2020 and the allotted fitment date was 4th Feb 2021.
2. Upon failure of fitment on 4th Feb 2021, customer care executive suggested rescheduling the appointment date and it was done on 8th Feb 2021.
3. The new allotted fitment date was 15th Feb 2021, however, no delivery was made yet again and no communication was received from the company whatsoever.
4. Upon making a call to the customer care on 2nd Mar 2021, I have been assured 'guaranteed fitment' by 5th Mar 2021 against the complaint number DLBMH00052985.

Furthermore, the validity of the new payment receipt is due to expire on 2nd Mar 2021 (today) and can't be rescheduled again due to repayment terms of the company which is not acceptable.

Note: No rescheduling charges will be paid by me because the issue is not from my end as a customer. Full responsibility of non-fitment during the given time should be borne by the company Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt. Ltd.
