They are not picking up the call...
They sent such a bad suit quality wise it is not good

I have ordered https://royalanarkali.com/product/beautiful-karishma-tanna-in-pink-color-taffeta...⇄ from Royal Anarkali and they are not responding back to my mails nor recieving calls. I ordered product #80508 (order number) was placed on January 2, 2022. I received the product on 7th January, 2022 and i mailed on 9th January, 2022. Today is 15th January, 2022 and still no reply neither on WhatsApp, e-mail or call. The number given on website is switched off since 5-6 days.
So i would like to file a complaint and ask for my refund for the product and also for the trouble they gave me since so many days.
Never buying again. Very bad experience.

Totally different product. No response for return and refund

I ordered Ordered "Beautiful Karishma Tanna In Pink Color Taffeta With Embroidery Work Plazzo Suit" on 15-Nov-2021 via https://royalanarkali.com/ (My order id #79434). I received the product on 25-Nov-2021 after multiple follow-ups with them on whatsapp & gmail.
When I checked the received product, it was completely different from what I ordered. The product description/picture in https://royalanarkali.com website does not match with what I received. The colour of the suit embroidery is different & its quality is also very cheap. So I requested the seller to return this order & get a refund. I've send multiple mails & whatsapp messages on their customer care no. +91-[protected], however there is no response on mail or whatsapp. The seller is not even picking up the call on their customer care no. With no response, I'm forced to move to the consumer forum, and I want the seller Royal Anarkali to be liable to refund my money & pay for the mental harassment that I have beard till now.

This company doesn't respond or gives information about the order. It's a fraud company. Is the leagal system let companies like this fool innocent citizens?

I ordered a saree and it was totally different. This is so bad that they don't even response for my calls or mails.
NEVER BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM .THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRAUD.

I ordered a lahanga from royal anarkali and the one I received was totally different from the product's picture. Colour, quality, It's fabric is of low quality it doesn't even look as good as the picture of the product. I tried to contact the site but they are not responding, not on calls not on whatsapp or text or mail. They are not even receiving my calls. I got cheated by them.

My product was completely different from the image.When I called for return no one answered.I sent e-mail also.No response.

I had bought an anarkali kurta from this site and a defective product was delivered. There is no response whatsover when Im trying to return the product. They are not responding to my call or email for the refund procedures.
The return policy allows only 7 days delay and such irresponsible behaviour from their side is not acceptable. I have asked for return and refund on the day of delivery itself (21/07/2021)

I had ordered purple shara suit some time back which was delivered on 9/9/2019 (Ref invoice no 02093470bxt1hx019 dated 4.9.2019) by royal anarkali, 119bajrang nagar near tina gas godam, surat, gujrat ph no [protected]. After opening the packet i located two cuts/holes in the bottom of the suit. I immediately contacted royal anarkali, surat over telephone (Only way to communicate) they asked me to send photographs of the suit which was attended immediately by me and was sent to their whatsapp no. After +24hours the vanderer started giving vague explanation on whatsapp like we check it, cctv etc.
Sir i request you to look in to our complaint and replace the suit as early as possible.

I have bought a suit from royal anarkali site where they have promised for good quality and delivered bad one.. When i requested them for pick up they denied it and very irresponsible behaviour. I tried calling them no response and i also whatsapp them.. Very rude behaviour.. Order id 50900

I ordered a dress for marriage. I rec it and after i opened, it had a damage and as i tried, it doesn't fits me it was a small size. I talked to the given [protected] no. They said to mail and will refund the amount of 2050/-
But days are passing they don't lift the phone nor respond the mail's.
As a homemaker this amount is a lot to me. Pls try to resolve.
