I ordered a Vics Vaporizer on 23-Feb-2013. Now I am following continusously but getting one or the other excuse for not delivering the product.
They are saying product is out of order and due to some technical glitch it is still appearing available on the website. Means other cutomers are going to go through the same painful process.
Latest one is that they are awaiting their shipment on 8th Mar and after that...

I HAD ORDERED FOR A PRODUCT ORDER NO[protected] CALLED TRAVEL COMBO ON THE 21ST OF AUGUST AND ALSO PAID FOR THE SAME THE SAME DAY BUT SORRY TO SAY THAT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT REC THE PRODUCT AND ON CALLING THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY ARE ONLY SAYING SORRY WE WILL CHECK AND GET BACK BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL EVERY TIME I HAVE TO CALL THEM.
