Hi I am Sridhar. I ordered an Apple iPod Nano on EMI with Royal Images Catalouge. Instead they delivrered an Apple iPod Touch. They have charged me for the first month EMI & say that the amount would be credited back once the product reaches them from the concerned Courier. I have spoken to 4 different personnels regarding this & nothing has happened till now. Made more than 25 calls to them, even when I was on roaming. What I need...

Non reciept of materials ordered and excess money charged which has not been refunded
I had ordered for an exclusive bag and two sets of exclusive pearl necklaces each worth rupees 495 on 22 of October and was told that the items would reach me in 10 days.
Not only do the items not reach me but they charge my card an extra of rupees 495 so i end up paying 495 * 4 = 1980 for what;for nothing.
Repeated attempts to talk to the seller have gone in vain.they just tell me to call back and that is it.
