Dear Respected sir/Madam
I want to inform you I had booked four sleeper class ticket via Royal safari india travels but I found a third class service in bus like never water bottle, blanket, washroom no other service provide so please raise my complaint and I found fraud with me so please look into this

I booked 2 tickets from royal safari..They charged rs. 1800 per person for manali in the name of royal sagari.. But boarded in a 3rd class unnamed local bus.. Better then this bus available for less than rs. 1000. . want refund.

Waited for bus 2 hours on main road. Driver number and bus number given was incorrect. When I call driver told ne he is stuck in traffic and will be late. After an hour on same no tey pick call and told me that the bus left. Then thay told me to sit in another bus which will drip me kanpur but actually it was going. The ticket was 1900 and the service was worst. They waisted my time and i have to go lucknow then take another bus from my money and then co. r kanpur. Worst service.

I booked my two tickets from. Delhi to katra on 17th august 2022 on PAYTM where it states that this is from royal travels and the bus was lucky travels 0007 green color ### bus. Upon entering it was ### smell coming and conductor spray room freshner and the telephone operator of this so called fake ### company said that the bus is perfect, smell was coming from shoes, everyone inside bus was complaining and he didn't bothered at all. This company should be closed and these fake people should be arrested for fooling people. I want my refund. Har### was one of telephone operator who talks rudely.

This is most irritating journey of my life, this is not authentic travel agency, they are looting people's money by showing fake rating on the app's, their rates are very high but service is nonsense and useless, very dirty seats and bus also ! They do not have a authorised phone number to call them, almost ruined my holiday by wasting my time ! My actual reaching time to Manali is around 10 am but we reached there at 3 pm, I want to sue them, Please don't travel by this traveling agency !

I have booked 3 business class
Tickets by paying 5092/-on 8/12/2021 from delhi to rishikesh. But the bus company cancelled the bus with out giving any intimation and they arranged a local bus for travelling, behavior of the bus staff is irritating and i have faced personal harrasment from their side, the atmosphere of the bus is just like a hardware godown. I need cash refund from the bus operators

I travelled wth my 3yr kid and father from dehradun to delhi. Timing was1030am. But in just 3hrs of journey we had enough, and left the bus at haridwar. Booked another transport to continue till delhi. Had my worst experiences on it.
1-the bus that was allocated was of yolo not royal safari.
2-it was dirty with wrappers, water bottles and left over eatables everywhere.
3-it was very dusty inside.
4-air condition wasnt working, neither the fan. When asked my me and other passengers they switched on the blower that gave hot air. As a result it became more stuffy and claustrophobic inside.
5-in total of 5 people were puking including my kid bcz their was no air circulation inside as i mentioned only blower was on. An elder lady even sat next to the conductor and puked all the way. Then as they saw that passengers are complaining they opened the bus cabin door and all the air from outside including dust and smell started coming inside the cabin. They couldn't fix the aircon.
6-they took the route of rishikesh, haridwar roorkee wch wasnt mention while booking and this is not the volvo route.
7-lastly when i made a complained online a person named mahender called from their office at tees hazari and said that it was our fault that we were feeling so sick inside the bus!! Adding on he said why dint we tell the bus conductor to clean the bus!!
He wasnt ready to understand that the yolo bus just stuffed us all in like animals and drove. We won't ask them to clean and dust on our face, bcz we have to anyways sit thru the dusting process and as a result cough and sneeze.
8- i again got a call from that office saying if i give them 5star then i will get a refund back, my question is if the company is honestly sorry about what we experienced then will they ask us to rate it 5star?

I have booked the ticket from paytm from delhi to amritsar, but it got failed the transaction due to some reason, sudden i got the call from owner of the travel, he asked me you try to book the ticket. I said yes but transaction got failed. He told me you transfer amount in my account i will do the same from our end. I said ok but i was booked more comfortable sleeper seat of the bus which has price 1199. He told me you just transfer 4500 in my paytm account. I will booked the ticket and whatsapp and mail you the ticket. I was agree and transfer the amount in his paytm number [protected].
He send me the ticket details on my whats app number what i have attached as proof.
But while we were traveled bus was not that kind of which i was expected they transfer me some other bus and give the very poor service bus.
When i ask for the same to him, they told me that that bus is not able to go so they have transfer us in another but when i ask for refund my money i will not travel with this bus. He was not ready for that and ask will refund some amount later.
But yet we did not received any amount from them.
