While selling the product Royara manager Mr Prasad shetty informed me that while the holiday package I will be getting a complimentary serine which is 12 couple movie tickets and 4 couple Dinner pass in Barbeque Nation I cleared mention i am from Nagpur so he said thats fyne still i wil; be able to use this service and i also clarified that time if this movie tickets we need to use in mobths he said you can use it anytime. Now neither i got a barbeque pass and movie tickets are still opending and current advuser is saying its expired where in i was not informed the same previously. also i have all call recordings for my hotel bookings in sikkim trip i had to stay out of hotel and same day they use to book the hotel. Once the incorrect hotel was booked once the date was incorrect. i really had to beg for every single service and my hard earned money got vain. I request you to please look into this matter otherwise they will loot many other customers.

I have purchased a holiday package from Royara on 21/12/2021 worth 341000. Out of that amount I have paid 149000. But they have not provided any service from the last one year. It was promised that 70 days holiday will be provided by I haven't been able to take one single day from the day I have purchased the plan. They are fraudsters and scammers and do not reply over the email or phone number. It was also said that Movie tickets, Dinner was included in the membership for 12 years but from last one year they are denying to provide that also.
I have sent infinite emails to them but they are not replying anything regarding the trips I have planned. Everytime it's getting cancelled as they are not replying.
Please help me as I have already provided 149000 rupees but they are not providing any promised service.

Don't Go with Royara Corporate Services at any cost. The contact details they provide are mostly Unreachable and even if it rings, no body picks the call.

This is a limited and exclusive membership offer. The membership is non-cancellable and non-refundable in any circumstances. If canceled, 60% of the amount paid will be forfeited and 40% of the amount will be refunded in installments and the agreement would be canceled. If the company fails to provide service as per the agreement to the member then the Member rights to cancel the membership and get a refund on prorate basis o[censored]ses.

Please read below carefully before going with Royara Corporate Services membership -

1) Holiday package 7 days 6 night Accommodation free = Not usable at all. At the time of sales presentation or they simply call you and say that you have won a lottery so please come and collect the gifts, when you reach there, it's more a kind of flat, with one big wallpaper in their meeting room, rather than office setup. The sales people will come to you and tell you all the false information to allure you to pay and buy the membership. They will say that they would provide accomodation for 8 Days but on contract it is 7 days 6 night. At the time of registration, they agreed verbally for all breakfast and dinner for trip and on trip booking voucher nothing mentioned and said only breakfast will be provided.
2) Movie ticket- they don't provide movie tickets. It's on contract but I've never received any movie tickets at all.
3) Dinner booking - they don't provide as per our convenience they provided as per their convenience whenever they get discount and on except saturday sunday which is not possible for official people.
4) They are fraud and fake people. Please do not trust any of their scheme and dont trust those free gifts and go there. You will repent later with lots of issues. They will stop responding once they get money.
5) It's a fraud company. Don't get trapped. They'll show you too good to be true packages to lure you to pay them money for packages for couples which will have hotels and club membership throughout the country. Infact, they don't have membership with any hotel.
6) It is stated in the agreement that "That the said member is eligible to book complimentary Club benefits like Movie Tickets, Dinner booking, Events Passes" but none of the service is being provided.
7) I got trapped by "Royara Corporate Services" since I paid INR 41, 000/- and they are not providing even the services mentioned in the agreement. I got trapped but please you don't Don't get trapped by "Royara Corporate Services".
8) I've the email reponse from Royara Corporate Services and I'll file a complaint in the consumer court.

We purchased their membership plan 6 months ago. At the time of payment (1.05 lacs for lifetime membership), they committed several services;some through a legal 100 rupee stamp paper and rest via email.
Now they are denying the services committed via mail and not responding appropriately.

We also demanded refund as they are unable t0 provided the services, but they are denying that also.

Behaving very unprofessionally.
