I have placed enquiry for the RTX 3080Ti on 23rd October 2021 in the website RPTech India. They confirmed that my enquiry is noted and will inform me when my turn comes. But I found out people who enquired after me are getting the RTX 3080Ti. So I again sent enquiry on 25th December 2021 and asked the staff and officers to help me with the issue. They said they will block me if I email them again. I need my RTX 3080Ti.

I was ordering a Nvidia 3070FE on RP tech India. I filled out everything. Then I chose to pay using my debit card and the bank was Union Bank of India. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have the payment confirmation receipt as well. I sent an email to RP tech India and got no response. I called the number on the site and the personnel gave an assurance that I will get an email asking for my details. However I still haven't received any response. What should I do?
