Sir I am army personnel I have shown my Identity card on RSRDC toll plaza Trivani at Km-12 of SH-37 Toll no 02 but staff not exempted my toll free but also charged rs 30 rupees from me this is break section 03 of army rules 1901 and miss behaviour with me
So please take action against this toll booth so that they not should take charge any Army person

School is in the nearby area of 5 km then also toll is taken yet the toll slip doesn't have the vechile no.

At rsrdc state toll ugai via kekri only one lane is working while other lanes not working as per rules .Also there is no complaint book at toll to register or any type of document. Neither this toll provide any road sid service which are necessary for toll.
It is avoiding all rules and regulations and collect toll. Inspection should be made as there are many irregularities in it .

They are asking money in cash but we have sufficient money in our tast tag card.

I am traveling from jaitaran to merta city then i see the bus driver don't give toll tax and passing his bus from emergency and two wheeler line...i think bus driver has some connection with corruption... please think about it and take action as soon as possible...

The village (Dhoria) comes within 7km radius of the state toll collection center. We have to go to the nearest town via toll for daily work. The village is within 10km radius following the official guideline, yet we have to pay toll They are forced, abused, abused, all the toll workers are without police verification .. The condition of the road is poor, on which the passers complain about the toll on the day but they are also mistaken, the complaint book is also not there. . The fee receipt does not contain either the train number nor the name of the authorized company or contractor. When asked about the toll collection company or contractor, it is said that "We are the contractor".

It is unfortunate to inform you that we just passed the deeg-bharatpur toll plaza which is charged as 35rs one side.

We already have a fastag in our car but still they are asking for money and they dont have fastag facility.

I have passed through this toll today and paid ₹40 for my car.

The roads are in worst condition and it's a 2-lane road. I have not even paid this much toll at a 4-lane road.

Apart from that the toll slip doesn't contains the vehicle no. What is the basis of charging the fee??

Never seen a toll giving slips without vehicle no.

And then when i contacted your helpline no. I got a complaint number 8311 but i need a total compensation or reason for it. And the person on the phone was too rude to talk.

I am attaching the toll slip along with this complaint.

See into this matter as soon as possible and take the sterning action against this.
Else i would need to report it to higher authorities.

Toll tax jo ki 24hrs ki validity ka rehta hai. Magar nimbahera se aage toll no. Booth2-25615 ne apni dadagiri chlakr use same date tak ka manya kar rakha hai. Jabki humne return ka toll liya tha. Fir bhi jab hum 7 ghante baad vps aaye to kehne lage ki yeh same date tk rahega. Aapko ab dusra toll tax bharna padega. Please ispr dhyan diya jae. Slip attached.

21st feb 2016, aj mai ellenabad se suratgarh ja rha tha, hanumangrh ke bad toll road ki halt bhaot khrab ho chuki hai. Jb mai toll plaza pahoonca tb mne toll plaza ke staff ko road ke halt ke bare me btaya to mjhe samne se jawab milta hai ki car road par chalne ki kya jarurat hai. To mai rsrdc se bs yahi poochna chata hu ki mai apne vichle kha chalu jb mjhe ellenabad se suratgarh jana ho to.

sir,i m cpl pk verma from indian air force resident of goluwala dis-hanumangarh. on hanumangarh-sriganagnagar road toll tax is being collected forcefully from serving defence personnels though they are exempted from toll even on production of copy of letters from GOI and NHAI and defence force i-card.they are misbehaving with us.my contact no.is [protected].
