Hi sir, i sold my vehicle bajaj pulsar 180cc - ap10am2218 on 25/03/2018 to a dealer from hydris motors.

The dealer sold the vehicle but the new owner has still not transferred the ownership of the vehicle on his name.

I recently saw that there are three unpaid challans on the vehicle pending.

I have raised a complaint on the echallan.org - sold out vehicle section regarding the same.

Please seize the vehicle and make the new owner transfer the ownership and pay the challans.

I have attached a photo of the sellers copy i got when selling the vehicle.

When I try to book the slot to renowned my Bike RC from the beginning to end every thing will fine when I trying to submit the form it’s not excepted telling me to give your phone number which is not excepting there! when I try to right not even highlighted for RTA department please tell me what happening???
When I fed up of submitting form over and over finally I went to RTA agent he did it and charged me 1000 rupees!!!
Illiterate agent done the RTA work!!!
I’m qualified become stupid in front of them!!
The help line numbers no pick up!!!
My question is to Telangana government Indian citizens are fools? Online service is just to make people fool !!! The question RTA department is asking to fill which is not highlighted their! And I’m being stupid and betrayed by RTA Telangana department thanks a lot!!!

Taken a share auto from old hafeezpet flyover towards cybertower, during the ride the driver drop two passenger in kothagura after that i was left alone, from that on he was unessary taken the wrong routes and circulating unnessary places and wasteing the time on complaing to him he again started his misbeave acts unless i shouted and scremed he stopped far away from my destination harrasing me while i was on the ride. Plese take immediation action for this.

The registered number is ap31g5531 in year 2010 and the buyer assured that he will get the necessary ownership transfer done but still the buyer has not registered on his name even though i have asked him several times to get the transfer done. I have sold my activa to bike dealer at kingkoti and he has sold it to someone else whom i dont know. The registered number is ap 28ce 2387 still the buyer not registered on his name. I kindly request to solve this issue. Kindly help in this regard. Registration no : ap 28ce 2387. I am not able to purchase new vehicle. So i request the authority rta to take necessary action.

In the bhel, hyderabad junction, i stopped my car when i see the red signal. Then suddenly i heard sound of hitting my car from back side. Rtc bus hit my car right in the signal. When i ask him he is smiling and the traffic constable is also irresponsible. He is not even asking single word to that driver rather he is asking me to move the car. Such a bad experience i got from traffic police and that bus driver today morning before coming to my clinic.

We made deal withtransmove relocate company owner (Bowenpally) for shifting luggage btr hyderabad to bhubaneswar. They tortured me and made to pay extra money without which he dint agree to shift my luggage. One box of books, two chairs are missing. They replaced my helmet with old helmet. Person named kaushik spoke very rudely when i asked about it. He asked me to pay 3000rs for insurance and said it is refundable. Later on he dint show me copy of it. He denied saying money cannot be refunded. He harassed me to pay full money before luggage tranferred to my place.

Buyer has still not transferred the rc name.in 2014 dealer told that he will change name on his name but he has not done it. Could you please help me in solving the problem. How to trace the person. Now the dealer dont have details of the buyer.

I've give the driving test and was informed that i've passed the test and will be receiving my driving license through post within 2-4 weeks. But it has been nearly 5months that i haven't received it. When i try to track the consignment through indian postal service it shows consignment not found. Hello telangana transport dept,

I have bought a mahindra thar from hyderabad for my personal use in kerala, also obtained noc from telangana transport department.

But the noc is not reflected in vahan and shows active in rta-hyderabad-cz, telagana.
However, showting noc issued on 05/12/2017 on govt of telagana transport dept site as attached.

Since the noc is not updated and status is active on vahan, i'm unable to register the vehicle back in kerala.

This is to keep you informed that i had shifted from hyderabad to gurgaon (Haryana state) in the month of may'13 and accordingly shifted my vehicle no (Ap10 bb7084) to gurgaon and got it registered at gurgaon as (Hr26by9272) and thereafter i had claimed for a refund of the road tax paid at hyderabad as i had once again paid the tax at gurgaon towards the registration of the same.

I have been following up continuously with the rto of secunderabad (Tirumulgerry) for the refund and till date i have not received any update on the same also when contacted in person they say it has been forwarded for processing but do not receive any updates for the past 4+ yrs. I had also raised a rti (App. No281210 dt.12th jan'17) on the same but not received any updates yet.

Now i am not sure whom i should approach to get the road tax refund along with the interest towards these 4+ yrs.

Looking forward to hear from someone on this pl.

Indica cab driver named john is going very fast at 40 kmph speed he suddenly turned left side without any signal i am on his left side driving on my bike with same speed had fallen with his sudden turn. It takes place near hi-tech city flyover down going towards jntu. Duration 21 december 2017 evening 6pm. Car number ts08ua8959.

Dated on 12 november 2017, 06:35 pm. I travelled from kphb bus stop to allwyn colony, kukatpally on 12.11.2017 around 06:35 pm in auto ts15ua3459. The driver was in drunken state and very bad behaviour with the customers especially with ladies. He didn't has minimum commonsense with people who were travelling in his auto. I dont want to face these kind of behaviour with the customers, who will travel in his auto in future. Kindly take immediate action on such type of drivers.

On 07/november/2017, morning around 8.00am in the hcu road, a taxi driver was driving very rashly and provided inconvenience to the other vehicles. There was a school bus traveling on the same road.in fact we even tried to stop the cab driver and warn him about his rash driving. But he escape from the spot. The rtc bus holding the number ts 09z7625 driving between lb nagar to linghampally has hit our car which is at traffic signal at kavuri hills. The bus was followed and stopped at madhapur and a complaint was raised with the traffic cop. There was damage to the side of the car and the traffic cop asked us to register a complaint. So doing the sams. Please follow up the respective driver and conductor in this line and take the necessary action to avoid damage and life threat to others. This incident happened at around 3.30 at kavuri hills

I am Shashank from Hyderabad . I have sold my scooty Mahindra Duro (AP09CE6341) in the month of april 2017 to Sk .Mehboob whose mobile number is [protected]. He said he would transfer the registration on his name but it has been more than 3 and a half months but still he has not done it . He keeps saying that he didnt had money to transfer and he will do it later and now it seems like he has no intention of transferring the vehicle on his name . I request the concerned authorities to take action on this and solve the issue .

I have sold my hero honda passion pro (Red color) bike in 2013 to one guy as i was moving to bangalore that time.

While doing, i have given all required transfer documents with my signature and asked him to do the transfer. But he didn't do that and still the bike is on my name only.

I am unable to contact him as he changed his mobile number.

Today i. E. 23.07.2017 at 11:45 am near central punjagutta, i was going on my grand i10 vehicle no. Ts16ed3692 towards bajaj electronics punjagutta. After the green signal at punjagutta flyover i started my car from signal towards bajaj electronics showroom punjagutta main road and the speed was around 10kmh due to slow moving traffic. Suddenly one person driving honda activa scooty vehicle no. Ap28ch1708 in a very rash manner hit my car from back. I stopped my car roadside and found many scratched and dent on my car.

The person who was driving the vehicle was very reluctant about the incident and started arguing. Despite he was driving rash in slow moving traffic and had no control over the vehicle, shameless fellow argued and denied his mistake.

For the overhauling of the damage it will cost around 4-5k. Strict action must be taken against such rogue reckless drivers.

I have sold my 2 wheeler long back in year 2008, but till the day the buyer has not transferred the vehicle in his name couple of time i have requested him to transfer the vehicle in his name. Recently i have purchase four wheeler and at the time of registration i can know this thing. Please consider this as my complaint and take necessary action

Vehicle No.TS10UA2037 - by name HUSSAIN - as he has misbehaved with my mother who is a patient suffering from kidney failure and for the same she has visited to nims hospital for checkup on[protected], around at 12.30 P.M, while she was coming out of the hospital from emergency building at nims - on auto rickshaw driver has approached and asked him to drop at care hospital banjarahills he said the fair Rs.60/- and i have bargained for Rs.50/- he said no than i asked the other auto he said Rs.80/-, so i asked the earlier auto driver who asked me Rs.60/- than he refused to come - he showed his arrogance and refused me my filthy and abusing language - without using his fair meter, further he started saying me no one cando anything to me - he was so harsh and rood - as he is black mailing the patient's and taking due advantage of the needy persons that to at hospitals

Yesterday I wen to RTA Hyderabad West zone for applying a noc for a bike which I have purchase from my friend. I had paid the fees online and took all the valid documents with me to apply for. When I asked the Government official where should I submit my documents a fat guy who sits adjacent to the entrance said who is a government employee of RTA asked me to give 550 Rupees and he will get my work done. When I refused to give the money he asked me to come tomorrow and meet one lady who is in charge for NOC. Simply that person refused to tell his name when I asked his name they wanted the consumer to come through broker or they themselves are behaving like broker. When government is paying them high salaries and they are enjoying all the perks from the government.

I just wanted to bring to the notice of the government that when Honorable CM and Honorable KTR are doing so much to make a corrupt free government departments these type of people are making it corrupt.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and take necessary action.

Dear sir/madam, i have sold a 2 wheeler (Ap28bm 5672 hunk ccregy solo). The purchaser/agent still didn't transfer the ownership and vehicle is still on my name. I am unable to trace the purchaser/agent. Also, i am clueless whether the vehicle is being used by the agent or sold to somebody else. The agent whereabouts or his details. The traffic violation challans are with my name on echallan portal. Is there anyway to get a clearance certificate or file a complaint.. The selling slip is also mis place with me. The vehicle is soln on 2012 4 years completed

I purchase a new TVS jupitor scooty and went to the kondapur rto office for registration.But they are saying that one bike is already register with your name "vivek kumar" so you have to pay extra tax as per the telengana rto rule.After checking futher we found that in 2014 one person having with same name vivek kumar and father name is anil kumar but having different date of birth register a bike.Now they are saying as per the rule you have pay extra tax since your name and father name maching or you need to submit the id proof( Aadhar card) of that person.Do you think is it correct rule to identify a person identity ?Anyway after lots of efforts i am able to get the driving license copy for that person. Still my request is pending for registration.This is not my fault that person name same.It looks like a very poor system for the identification of person.

Sir I request you to please change the rule to identify a person identity with name or father name use some kind of id like pan card number/aadhar card/driving license number.

Also request you to please help me to complete my registration process asap.

This is to bring to your kind notice that most of the Car Show Rooms at hyderabad and Secunderabad are charging more than the exshowroom prices. I have pruchased Renault Kwid car from SRI SRI Group at secunderabad showroom. they have collected Rs. 5000 extra in the name of handling charges and logistics. They even did not provide me any bill for the said amount. These charges are against the RTA rules.
I request you to take necessary action against the said infringers.

Would like to bring it to concerned notice that its been 30 days n still not reced RC whereas it is showing in website as RC has been dispatched through EMS on 18.01.16 but local post office didnt received shipment till 16.02.16.
