I have approched with required documents for HP Termination on 07-Aug-2021. All done and today i.e.[protected] i received my RC by post and i came to know that the photo on my RC is not mine.

Now i don't know what to do. I don't want to pay again for the mistake made by RTA department. I can appear again if required

Trying to call help line but no responce from RTA
I need resolution for this

Dear sir /madam plz help me out i have buyed a used 2 wheeler years ago from others, i have lost the original documents inthat year only which was not transferred on my name? I went rto, traffic and law &order police and asked how to transfer the documents on my name they simply said we can't do anything without registered owner but the owner was not available in his residence. I have given a complaint in many ways no one responded. After somany years yesterday the traffic police of kachiguda sized my vehical and said we got complaint sold out from registered owner they said me to go basheerbagh commissioner office i went there they said transfer the vehicle on your name then we will release. I said everything the owner was available i can't do anything with out owner. I asked them when you got a complaint you should have a contact no or address of owner they said we don't have any information about owner. I asked what should i do now, they said come with transfered papers otherwise forget your vehicle. Plz help mee actually the departments are raising a problem they should maintain a solution for that questions. Because of this answer less rules common people are suffering like me. I think owner also given a complaint because our rto is charging secound vehical taxes recently at the time of temporary registration plz help me why to do now g. Veerabhadra rao [protected]
