I gave 2000rs to rto agent on june 2020 til now he didn't give me license nd saying i will not give you.i want my money back please help me

I took 1 agent helps to get my vehicle registered in Bangalore, since i have moved my vehicle from Madhya Pradesh. I submitted all documents except invoice since my 2 wheeler is old and i dont have invoice now. So as per my registration year mentioned in insurance, agent calculated road tax and ask me to submit Rs 7000 to him in which he will get my vehicle registered here. He said that this money included road tax as well as service charge. It's been 4 months, he has kept me on hold saying that 1 more week and it will be done. Today I went to RTO office to check my application status and got to know no application has been submitted so far. I got highly disappointed. He has not given me any receipt with which i can prove my statement.

I don't know what to do and whom to ask for help. After this incident it's really very hard to trust anyone for anything. I am not sure whether any action will be taken against that agent. But i am still submitting this in the hope that in future no one should trust agent blindly. Specially girls.

This is veeranarayana gangolu opted service from sulekha for related to rto to get driving licence. I received call from mr. Bhargav kumar, kphb colony_kukatpally, kukatpally, hyderabad. Phone# [protected] and contacted for driving license more than a month ago and paid an amount of 2500/- as an advance.

The problem starts here, he is not responding at all to my calls. When i am contacting from other phones he responding...

There are 2 agents in pune rto sangamvadi namely luv and kush.

I have to submit maharashtra road tax for my bike which has karnataka passing. Luv take 5000 rs from me and play with me for 2 months. Max time you will find his number switched off. I am not the only person to suffer. I found 2 people with same case. This is his job to cheat people. Mainly he will trap people from non maharashtra. Please put him behind bars.
