I have. Purchased avenger 220 cruise on March 20 2023 my bike reg is KA03KQ7009 but as on till date my original RC card is not given to me

Hypothecation Cancellation - I had visited the RTO and submitted all documents and paid fees vide application no. KA2111221V5500863 dated 22.12.2021.

The cancelled RC is still not received by us.

No phone calls answered.

Hi Sir/Mam,
On the Feb 15th I went to RTO office (KA03) Kasturi Nagar. As I brought bike second hand from someone and I wanted to transfer my RC In my name because I always face problem because RC is not in my name. The same day they sended me to KR puram RTO office and there they sended back to Kasturi Nagar RTO office they said Hypothecation cancellation is pending again I came back to Kasturi Nagar. Again they sended back to KR Puram RTO office because they didn't want to proceed my application. Again KR puram RTO officer said without cancellation of Hypothecation I can't transfer ownership. So they sended back again to Kasturi and now on 22nd of March I hardly got chance to submit the application and I paid the pending fees amount of Rs 200/-. And they said without 15-30 days it will be done. And now today is 25th June it's completely 3 months done. On 23rd June I went to check the status of my application nobody was there to attend me they sended me to counter no 13 and from 11am in the morning I stand outside and wait for counter no 13 to open. And finally around 3:30pm counter open and One Lady officer was there and she ignored me because of my looks. Because I didn't look like the local finally after requesting so many time she answered me and said *you will not get here go to second floor counter no 5 and I went up there and nobody was there. Counter no 6th one officer was there and I ask help he send me to 21no there I went no one listens to me what my problem was. And he sended me to last counter and there some officer was there and I ask them status of my application and how can I get solved the problem nobody care about and no body response. They told go to counter no 13 again I told I came up from counter no 13 but they didn't listen to they said go to counter 13 or otherwise go back you will not get here that was the last answer I got.

How horrible the service was. Just because I'm from other state I was treated like I'm not human. I log complaint about this before and still no response.

This maybe the last option for me to get help.

Since Oct 2020 the status of my license is that it is yet to DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE

How many days will I have to wait for this?

Want to raise complained against rto bangalore (East), kasturi nagar
It's been more then 3 months of passing driving test, and dl approved date is 7/1/2020. From then it's in printing.
Request you to please have a look into this as i need to justify every time of traffic road document checking to inspector about the issue, and sometime they won't understand and i need to wait for 30 minutes. (Even it's not my fault)
I have went to check about driving license status to rto there people are too rude and said you will receive at home, and i am waiting.

Please help!
