Hello Sir/Madam,

I am unable to book slots for Change of Address in my RC and Hypothecation Termination request. I have uploaded all docs and paid online however it shows slots are booked for 1& half months from now. I have spoken to three agents who promises to get the work done in 10 days with charges ranging from[protected] ₹.

Fail to understand how they are getting the slots. Looks like agents are booking slots in advance to create this crisis so that they can get money.

Need help as I do not want to pay ₹3000 when I can get the work done myself for ₹300/-

You should look into this matter seriously as it's hassle for the vehicle owners despite paying an online fees.

I have applied for interstate registration of my bike from maharshtra to up. After the submission of all the document the RTO gave me the tentative RC of my vehicle and said please show HSRP booking receipt first and then take your original RC but when i applied online it is showing vehicle manufactured after 1 april 2019 must collect their HSRP from their dealer and the dealer also says no that you have to apply online. now RTO is not giving my original RC of my vehicle.

Landhs submitted application on sarathi for learning license and cannot book any slot for giving the test another 3 months!!
There are fake agents present at the rto office who charge 3200 rupees and give the driving license directly by hand.
People who want to do it the correct way have no choice and only fraudulent acquiring of license is promoted in open (Just outside the rto office).

My problem is that i have given all my tests and my licence is approved on 22/7/2019 but till now on 24/09/2019 i didn't receive my licence. I am suffering from many problems because of this delayment so pls help me.
I hope you will look after my problems and inform me what is the problem and when did i get my licence.

I have submitted the fees of learner licence test two times so i want back the fees for one time this is happen due to the unavailabilty of slots for test this happen on 17 sep 2019 and i did this for the recent availability of slot but there is no slot for next 3 months so i want to cancel my application and please help me to get my refund i cant afford that much of loss

My name is prem singh. I have to complaint about rto ghaziabad office for delay about my driving license which has been approved on jan 2019 and since jan dl not received yet.

I have visited there several times but many times office was closed due to strike or person not available. I tried to call at officials number/customer care but either ringing or person asked to visit direct there. I am really fed up by this.

Hi,
As per the slot for driving test for new DL I went to RTO, My application was checked & an instructor asked me to drive, Test was successful & finally I was asked to go, that I will receive it & status can be checked online but it always shows "Pending" He never asked me for the same. What should I do now?
