i submitted my application for HP removal process from my Rc book..as i have done Aadhar based verification so that i have not to visit RTO surat. after submitting all necessary document it takes almost a month to start process from RTO surat office and then application put on hold without mentioning any reason. SO finally now i have to visit RTO surat after done all online processes from my side.but because of surat RTO's officer name :KRUNAL DAHYALAL MODH i have to visit office..then whats the use of Making all process online ?.

offline process takes 20 days to deliverd RC book at home..but for online its almost 1.5 month but still application on hold. i think its only way through which rto ofiicer can take bribe . beacuse through online process they got nothing but by putting application on hold the person must have to visit RTO n then they can take bribe.
