No toilet facilities in working condition available in the RTO office.

I applied for renewal of my driving licence on27 september 2019 with application number [protected] in arto office trans gomti lucknow. Since then i am regularly trying to book a slot for biometric on line on website of sarathi.in routine the response is that booking will be after clearance of pending applications. On making enquiries on website no of slots are displayed for allotment. Reason for non allotments is not convincing. If there is some foul play it may be probed and action against errants is warranted. Thanks.
