When We try to complaint the RTO website, There is no detail of complaint available and showing Error 404, page not available.

Kindly arrange to dispatch the RC on priority,

Dear sir I purchased my bike on October 2021 and 4 may 2022 I didn't get my rc book when I visit the rto office after purchased my bike after not getting rc after 3 months I visit rto office virar east they said rc book will reach to your address my post since that date 4 month gone but I did not receive my rc book if anycop will ask for my bike rc then what should I can do they think that I am telling a lie with them if the cop will fine my bike for not having rc book who will mange sir

My vehicle no-MH 48 BT 2965.I Purchased this vehicle one year 4 month back.but still I have not received my RC BOOK.counter person are not helpful, they have only one word you will get by post.

Virar madhe rikshe vale 1 2 kilometres che 80 te 100 rs ghetayet...

I have purchase my bike in jan2017 but still i have not been received rc book original copy
i have visited rto Virar office 2 time but both the time they have informed me that your rc book has been courier?? But still their i not been got

As per parivahan site the RC has been dispatched on 02.09.2020 but not yet delivered to me nor have i received any dispatch details so how & where am i suppose to follow-up. I have sent N number of mails to, [protected]@gmail.com, dyrto.[protected]@gov.in, [protected]@gov.in, [protected]@nic.in but no reply from any of them.

This is bring to your notice that vasai - virar rto is in a pathetic state, none of the officers respond to daily visitors who are there after trusting the online sarathi systems, users like us who believe in the online technology implemented by our government.

I have taken a car hyundai xcent in the month of may 2019. All legal formalities has been carried out including registration in the month of may 2019. Already 04 months has been passed, the rc book not yet received at my home. Due to this i am suffering lot of problem like uber service will discontinue since last one month and thereafter ola is also sending repeated reminders. I personally visited in virar rto they said that there is bar code issue in the month of jun 2019 and will get within 15 days of time after rectification. I was also demanding for tracking no. So that i can collect from nalasopara post office. But none of the officers are given me tracking no. Despite of repeated request. Today again i am visited in virar rto, they are saying same thing.

Please look into this matter and do the needful on top most priority.

I have submitted my application to rto virar chandansar in the month of may. Its about 4 months now and till now i havent recieved my duplicate dl. My application no is [protected] and my birth date is[protected]. I have checked online status of my application it says its pending for endorsement on dl. Its difficult for me to travel without licence. Please help me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
