I have passed my Dl test on 25th July 2021 and yet Not recieved the permanent driving lisence.. My application numbee is[protected]..
please expedite and send me my Driving lisence as i need that urgently

My permanent driving license test was conducted at rto wadala mumbai on 17h Dec 2018 and the same was cleared as pass on 17th Dec 2018 in the saarthi portal. Also scrutiny of documents has been completed. But till date the license has not been approved and status shows as “pending for approval of dl” since that day.

I have passed my driving test on 17th november. The online status shows as dispatched on 4th december but the post office has no clue about it. Even rto is not helping with the tracking number. I have visited rto twice but none there seems to be interested in resolving the case.
