DL 1PD 4266, I'm entered in the bus but bus conductor behaving like I'm nothing for it. He is insulted me infront of many people. Please someone teach them about the language. They speak up like ### 😑...

There is no bus route service between rohini and wazirpur . There are no bus available for this route. Many students and working people are facing this problem on daily basis. Rikhshaw or cabs are available but it is very difficult for poor and middle class people to afford their daily fare. Kindly start some bus service on this route so that people can avail this facility..people are ready to pay fair charges for this.

Dear sir/maam.

This complain is regarding unnecessary hike in delhi rtv bus fair, route from Bawana industrial area to rithala metro station.
Bus conductor here forcefully ask high fair if you deny and ask them, they ask you to get down.
If this is government order then please let me know
Otherwise please enquiry and take necessary step to resolve this issue

This is regarding the pathetic service of rtv bus from peeragarhi to manglapuri,
all 3 staff including conductor and driver are ill mannered and violating the covid rules bluntly.
even the driving is so reckless
it is really unsafe for everyone and especially for females like me .
this is my serious urge to you to please look into the matter sincerely and improve the conditions of private buses.

I'm Ranjit, today I.e. July 18th, 2020, i took the rtv bus ( DL 1VC 3456) for the destination badarpur border from lal Kuan bus stand. Soon I got on the bus driver rushed and he was driving like crazy, also there were no social distancing was followed inside the bus, conductor was just busy in feeding bus with passengers. And also he overcharge fare. When I raised the concern about social distancing and reason of overcharging. He got angry and behaving rude, also forced me to get off the bus in middle of road.

Kindly look into the matter.

Mubarakpur to nagloi bus fare is rs. 5 but all rtv ower charge rs. 10 to everybody. Bus conductor and ower both of them miss behave with sawaries. Buses never on time and full of 100 of passengers at a time.
People are not educated because of they can not complaints against them.
This my first complaint regarding the same pls take some action so they shall take fair fare from the passengers.

My travelling point is from Burari crossing by pass to Nanaksar.
The DTC bus charges me Rs. 5/- only every day.
but while I travel on RTV Bus no. DL-1V-C-0424, they charged Rs. 10/- from me on dated 10.01.2019 at 19.30 hrs for the same distance.

This is for kind information.
1) i was travelling from burari crossing to nanaksar on rtv bus no. Dl-1v-c-0424 on dt. 10.01.2019 at 19.30 hrs.
2) the bus conductor was charged the fare rs. 10/- instead of 5/- of same point.
3) the bus conductor was misbehaved badly with me.
4) there was no first aid box and fire extinguisher in the bus.
5) driver did not use seat belt.

Me and my friend are daily commuter by DTC today (29th Oct 2018) at 2:30 PM we were standing on the Uttam Nagar bus stop and waiting for the bus mean while a RTV bus hit my friend's shoulder they didn't ever buzz the horn or show Concern. You should check from where they get their driving license and if they have any of it or not. They drive so carelessly that they can run bus through a person and not care. The RTV bus drivers drive very carelessly and you should take strick action against these things. BUS NUMBER: DL-IVC-0080 the bus was going from Raja Garden to Madhu Vihar.

There are following points which compelled me to file complaint.
1. I was travelling from Laxmi Nagar to Chacha Nehru Hospital, Geeta Colony by Rtv bus. Driver was driving vehicle in very negligence manner. When I complaint, conductor starting misbehavior with me.

2. As I noticed, there was no first aid box and fire extinguisher in the bus.

3. Driver did not use seat belt.

If you do not take any action against the accused, any accident can happen. So please take strict action against them. Please find the attachment of pic as a click when I step down.

Dear Sir/ Maam,

I am a regular commuter of Bus Route NO 806, Mayapuri chowk to Narayana, Today morning[protected] while stand which waiting for the bus, the driver of the bus did not stop at the Dhauli piyua stand, when with a help of a rickshaw i caught up with the bus and boarded the bus and confronted the driver about the same he chose to give vague answers, since the bus was also not on time today. The driver after reaching tilak nagar stand stopped the bus and chose not to drive and gather more passengers when the bus was fully packed after complaints from other passengers he drove again that too at a very slow speed.The ride that normally takes half an hour inn traffic took 50 minutes to cover the same route and that too with low traffic in the area.

Please take appropriate action against such drivers so the commuters dont face such problems on this route

There are a number of RTVs running all over Delhi but no RTV is following safety rule and regulation which are following:- (1) No cease fire cylinder in the bus. (2) Sometimes driver speaks on the mobile while driving. (3) Buses are overcrowded, especially around driver. (4) Separate seats are there for women but nobody spares these seats. (5) Drivers drive continues 10-12 hrs in a day. Sometimes feel sleepy. I request to concern...
