Varun Singh - recovery agent of rupeelend is misbehaving, threating, harassing, defaming & abusing . Loan taken for 20000 which i couldnt able to clear & running due by past 50 days. I have paid 20000 now & requested for settlement however almost every week Varun threatens me by saying that he will ensure that i end up loosing my job, he will defame me.
This is very unethical from rupeelend. I want strict action to be taken against Varun.

In respect to mobile no +91-[protected] a loan of rs. 5k-6k taken by my brother (Rahul singh) i got a call from the employee of rupeelend on 21/02/2020 at 6:41 p. M by no +[protected] as said by him that the no was kept in reject list i did even convince him that he had medical issues which is in fact. He started talking to me in tone which i did't liked i even said him and he started abusing, talking rubbish, i gave him back what he threw he than started intimidating me that he's having my contacts and he will be calling to them for non payment, he said that he will do best that my brother don't gets loan from anywhere, he even went to my family told my dad "thief", he even said ask my family to get on the street and beg by holding a bowl, he told to send my sister to red light area earn from there and pay us. He told that his company "rupeelend" has given that money as a prasad. He told me that he'll # me and he will pay the money to company. After all these rubbish nonsense things i've denied to pay them back in that manner what he did to me. Now, coming to the point is that is the company forgetting that they are earning profits in the way of interest that we lenders give them, you guys give as prasad to the lenders that what is the interest that we give you? The company is also forgetting (Sarfesi) act and keeping in mind with rbi rules the third party lenders or banks is asked to performed with civil and decent behavior with the defaulters which was not performed by the employee.
In prior communication held by my brother the application "truecaller" was rejecting the calls from company as it was marked spam so that was the reason behind the no was in reject list.in regards of the former issue mentioned above i am not gonna pay a single penny to that company anymore until & unless i don't get a apologizing letter from the director of the company and keeping the eyes on human right i can even sue to the company for mental harassment & lodge a fir on above circumstances and i am not intimidating company i am just telling about my rights that my constitution gave me. That company made my family beggar, my sister # my dad thief for just 6, 000/-???. Is this some kind of joke? The company gives the loan on the basis of cibil and my brother had a good cibil because he made all payments on time and the company gave the loan on basis of that cibil so what were the reasons that we would not pay? If the employee talked to me in good manner i would made payment right there but for now i would not pay until & unless i don't get a letter. I would also demand the company to take strict action against the employee which i would verify and if you could not do that just give me the name & address of that guy which i would proceed legally. Please take this grievance as serious matter and revert me asap or i would have to proceed legally against the company.
