There are blackmail with bad words

I am repeelend customer more than 5years i never delayed in my payment but last 3 month suffering medical emergency so I was delayed and according to them i paid my principal and they told me that till 25th sept 2022 pay 12500 more so we will settled the case, but I am unable to arrange money but on 26th September i paid 5000/- and now balance is only 7500/- need to pay for settlement, due to this they are now saying that. Pay 22500/- which is not possible. I need to take strict action against them .

Some o[censored]r executive from collection department misbehave or use some wrong language use with me his name is varun.i request him to i pay today but some reason I am not able to pay so he use wrong language with me pls take action against him.

Recovery agent uses F's and B's on the call and calls all my colleagues and relatives before getting in touch with me.

I have closed the Account with Rupee lend for Short term Loan in the year 2018 but till they didn't update the Cibil status as Closed.

I have tried to contact Rupee lend from Past 1 year they are give False dates like we have already update the Cibil as Closed.

Rupeelend doesn't care about the Customers if the Payment is delayed they called and Harrase and even call to the family members as well the colleagues and even we paid the Loan amount but they didn't update the status as Closed and now they are saying it will take 20 days to update and every I am loosing my credit Score and it is difficult to get the Loan from the Banks.

Please do the needful.
