As I taken the loan in period of carona before and closed the loan last year as they are calling repeatedly to me and close .
at that time i constantly called me asked for loan closure like amnt 4k and 3k and again 4k.
once before i got one id given by rupeemax agent to close the amnt for 4k but when i shared my screnshot to him he said that this is not the id .
but i clearly asked him he said that he said that the amount will be reverted to myy accnt in 4 days but til not yet till now.
As they are harrasing the customers like hell and they clearly informed to that ur loan will gt closed but after 3 dys they will agan call and will ask for 3k or 4k .
So pplease kindly mark my complaint and take action please against them.

Mene already payment clear kar Diya hei March 2020 se fir bhi 3 shaal baad abhi Aaj kisi ne mujhe baar baar call aur message kar ke repayment mang raha hei, blackmail kar raha hei, relatives ko call kar ke bura bhala bolenge bol ke dhamki de raha hei...

This is preeti i borrow small loan of rs 5000 from rupeemax. And as par rbi guidelines i have to pay loan after moratorium but thay are back to back calling and massaging for repayment i told them that after moratorium will pay your loan but they are trying to forsing me. Massaging me to calling my relatives and others.

On the above subject I took 5000 loan in cash bean. Now I am unable to pay the loan amount return because of lockdown. So now they are torchuring to repay the loan amount. In current situation I cannot repay the loan amount which is borrowed by me from the cash bean. Now they are doubling their interest for that loan.
How can we pay the loan amount in the current situation. So please kindly solve the problem of mine. I have suffered...

Have availed loan from rupeemax and rs 5053 was due 28/03/2020. I have never paid late payments on this loan since it is my 6th loan from the company. The executive began calling from 28 march threatening that they will file case against me. They called many relatives and friends and mentally tortured me. Due to corona issue my place is under lock down and no one has work. My salary has to be used for my family now. I will pay clear the loan amount only as soon as possible when these issues are cleared. I will pay only the due amount. Over due has to be removed at any cost. When whole world is suffering and striving to sustain their life, how can these people so inhuman and start torturing the customers? [protected] this is the number from i got the torturing call...
