I didn't took loan from Rupeeredee. When i see in the app they have created the loan themselves and they are calling and doing harassments to pay the due. If i was not taken the loan why i need to do the re-payment. I sent so many mails to the support team. No one is responding. There is no proper customer care number to talk. It is severely damaging my CIBIL score.

Person named - parag kulkarni - [protected] - sales manager of rupee redee - pune branch - agreed to give personal loan of 5, 00, 000 rs to megha nivalkar and manoj shantaram more, for this he told us to pay 3, 000 rs in his account and for car loan of mangesh sawant he told us to pay 3, 000rs. So, we transferred through bhim pay - rs 2, 500 rs + 500rs + 3, 000rs. Thus we transferred 6, 000 rs to sales manager of rupee redee parag kulkarni - [protected]. Now he is saying transfer me rs 5, 000 for coming to chiplun from pune for disbursement of 5, 00, 000rs loan amount. Please disburse the loan amount or return of 6, 000 rs

I had the repayment due Date of 27-FEB and I paid on 26th manually and also requested for cancellation of auto mandate which in app showed payed however the money got deducted again on 27th. I wrote them thrice but have not received any response please help.

Dear team I had availed of a loan from the rupeeredee app and the amount due date was 2rd March 2022 but I made a payment to them on 1st March 2022 of amount rs 6044 and my due was closed. Today on 2nd March 2022 they again auto-debit rs 6049 from my account and they are not reverting the money to me pls check and resolve this case as I belong to a middle-class family can't afford that and I am a limited salaried person. Now the available balance in my account is only 402 rs please look into it and help me in getting my money back.

I have paid and closed the loan of Rs 5421
However they have debited again Rs 4072 from my account against NACH charges.

Please refund my money as it was incorrectly charged
