I paid amount of 7184 Rs on 6-8-2021 but on next day again 7196Rs auto debited in my account again ...please refund this amount as soon as possible

I dis payment on 6-8-2021 of Rs.7184 due amount online but on 7-8-2021 again it auto debited in my account for same loan ..refund this amount to my account as soon as possible ...I required that amount very urgently ...loan number[protected]

I pay the loan amount 11674/-on dated 02/08/2021.But next day you deduct the amount 11691/- date -03/08/2021.I want to you refund my money 11691/-.eihter I legal action against you.My Name Sadashib Hembram.I am very valuable customer of your company.I have earn the money by very hard work.

I applies loan.they approved 22 July 2021.not yet received. E mandate also completed

Two times EMI Rs. 4398/- has been deducted from my bank account as on 19-07-21. Dispute of many communication on mail. no refund made till today

I have a loan from clix capital finance private limited through Rupeeredee and I have paid all loan amount after discount provided by Rupeeredee executive...but they settle my loan after written off amount of rupees 3000/- which was provided as discount when I pay loan amount...but they settle my loan account in cibil score .mand I mailed many time clix capital and Rupeeredee for cibil clearnace but no response from them and now last time Rupeeredee executive told me for pay 3000 to normal close my loan account and I agree for that for my cibil clearance but...no response from Rupeeredee.

I took 7000/- from rupeeredee and i got only 5600 credited in my account. they are charging high interest to loot the people.

i was regular customer and i was repaying it in time, but this time i made part payement and thought of paying remaining in month end. now calls started from them daily 5-6 times asking to pay and harassing with bad words . threating that they will coem to my home and beat me like hell.

this is what these companies do, fotunately i paid full amount and stopped getting calls from them.

my request is not to take any money from them as they are fraudsters and cheaters.they will create problems in personal life for the sake of small amount,

I took a loan on may which is Rs.1740/- and I have to pay of Rs.2598/- on 12th June my File no[protected] which I close this loan on 12th June by paid my Emi and after paid my amount I got an mail of close my account then I took a loan on 13june file no is[protected] I got an sanction amount of Rs.2610/- I got an amount at midnight of Rs.2610/- and in the morning they have deducted my amount through Nach again in the morning and the amount of Rs.2598/- I am attached all the transactions screen shot and loan close mail and amount received mail and I have mail the RupeeRedee but still I am not getting any refund from RupeeRedee .

I Pranaykumar Vankar from vadodara. I have closed loan but still showing in cibil. I have mail u again and again but you are not repsponding on mail or call since last 2 months. And you are not giving me solution of my genuine problem. I have an issue to getting home loan. Nobody can picked my call .this is ridiculous. Its an emergency.please try to understand and resolve on immediate basis.
Another thing is i want loan account statement. This is my humble request to you. If you qre not able to this then Please provide me loan account statement. So i can resolve on my own basis. Kindly request to you call me on [protected] asap

I took loan from rupee redee of rs 5000..bt the loqn period was over. Bt due to this pandemoic situation i lost my job last 6months. Finaly i got one bt the second wave corona will occur. I only pay this amount on agust of 2021. Otherwise no way to pay the amount...

Dear Sir,

I had tooked a loan from rupeeredee of 9000 they had given me 7650 rupees after deducting file charges. Now they had made unnecessary penalty and asking 14952 rupees for that they were abusing me and threating me.

They were given me the male for waver mail and asked 11893, i am not denaying to pay them but they were forcing me to do as part payment either with razor pay.

I told them to took the same with ecs mode.

I have a loan amt 11000/- and disbursed amt only 9000/- also repayment amt 11983/- showing my apps.i requested to rupeeradee team for part payment option or extend but charges extend amt-4500/- for 1month this is not acceptable and and interest charged 4800/- for one month

First of all government of India should have shame granting lenience
for the sake of 10000rs these companies they don't follow NBFC guidelines see their portal there are charging 100% interest per month in the name of processing fees and other fees daily interest more than 1% How RBI and Finance minister or Blind on this inspire of knowing also ignorance is best policy . Please cancel license immediately to protect youth of this country if they don't now next BJP will get zero results.

Not only this companies other small lending companies also We all blame other countries steeling our data but these companies are more dangerous they steel all the important data's and adhar card and other photos and started blackmailing people. RBI governor its your responsibility be strict action against these company other india will spoil its reputation world wilied

Dear team i had availed a loan from rupee redee app and the amount due date was 3rd april 2020, but i made a payment to them on 1st aprl 2020 of amount rs 9568 and my due was closed. Today on 3rd apr 2020 they again auto debit rs 9600 from my account amd they are not reverting the money to me pls check and resolve this case as i am belong to a middle class family cant afford that and i am a limited salaried person. This my second complaint on rupeereede already i explaind over all my balance is 2000 only with late fee i ready to pay 5000 per month i'll pay 1500 late fee means 2months i'll pay total 5000 but the company charges to high they are asking 16700 they are saying as per nbfc rules this is not correct of rbi government.

My self goparapu sainath i have taken 10500 loan from rupeereede in my account credited rs 9501.00 due business lose unable to pay in time then i paid extend amount 1050.00 on 23/11 for 30 days slowly ipaid 8500 on 17/12 the balance i have to 2000rs but they are know charging rs 16800 daily msg going file a case in court please help me, how can i pay.

An instant loan of 11000 rupees approved 2 weeks ago.
As per rupeeredee "customer service" there was some technical issue at their end.
The xml aadhar file which they require to b uploaded was getting downloaded and uploaded from a mobile device and even from a computer. Having said that, the file was not getting accepted despite in the format which they required.
Whenever you call, although you will speak with different representative, you will be asked to try after 2 to 3 hours.
Although i'm not a fool, just because of some medicinal emergency which is underway in my family and i am managing continuing expenses, i have been trying exactly as i was told till date.
The loan has already been approved and expired twice already.
I have emailed them with the screenshots, experiences, errors, a multiple times but of no use whatsoever.
*today, a customer service representative named "varun aroda" got connected with me at 11:48am. If i call him "useless" and "senseless" then the meaning of these two words will be "worthless".
Listen to the recording and i[censored] still allow him to handle the call in the way he spoke, then simultaneously plan for another business and start diverting your investment.

I took a loan from rupeeredee and cleared the amount before the due date i. E 27th november 2019 and received a message from bank that the mandate has been cancelled. And today i. E 28th november around 10:00am the money was automatically debited from my account. I have a family's emergency my grandfather is under treatment and this money is really important. I made the payment on 15/11/2019 and again there was an auto debit from my account on 16/11/2019 and the amount deducted has not been returned to my account even up till date 18/11/2019 and the customer service number given in the web page is not responsive

I took the loan from rupeeredee on 23may and l was supposed to return it back my 31may rupeeredee agent called my on 30may and asked me to clear the dues as it's takes 2days to update the payment so as per the agent l cleared the loan of 11843 on 30may and again on 31may rupeeredee deducted 11800 automatically from my account and since 31may they are just giving me a run around and today is 8th June still money not been refunded back to my account they sent me the email also on the 05th June that they had refunded they money but still money not in my account
Now they are not answering my phone call nor replying to my emails and messages it's so frustrating and l have no money to take care of my house hold things
