I had applied a loan in Rupeeway online app on 10-July-2022. During the process, they saved my all personal details including my Adhar, Pan Card as well as my Bank accounts details. After that they approved me 2000 rupee of loan and without my knowledge they transferred 1200 rupee in my bank account. They also did not mention any hidden charges and duration of repay of loan. When i saw that loan is approved for only 5 days with total interested of 814 rupee.I am shocked. Now i have to pay 2000 rup and i got only 1200rs in my account. I had tried to contact with customer care but i unable to contact them. On Due date i got a what's app message from customer care and they told me that sir you have to pay the amount and they ignored my all the issues. They started to threaten me and told me that they will misuse my details with sending my adhar card and photo’s to third party companies who are unprofessional and who can also abuse to my family relatives and friends. Finally i paid 1600 rupee to customer care with named of S K trading and sent a screenshot to them and i requested him to give some time for remaining balance. After 2 days they again contact me with two another’s app number and asked me for full amount of loan. I told him that i already paid 1600 rupee but they told me they are not received any amount and again started to threatening me that they have my personal contacts number and they also contacted to my refer number which is one of my friend. They now started to harass my friend. I was fully mentally depressed and decided to pay full amount which was now 2054rs with late charges. Now i paid them 1600rs+2054rs but he again denied that no payment is made yet and till now he has not even removed the loan from the app.

This is a fraud application. They cheat people who applied loan on this app due to compulsion or some urgent need of cash. RupeeWay harass people to extreme level and anyone can may be think to suicide due to this app. Please take some strict action against them. There is also lot of complaints mentioned on "consumercomplaintscourt" websites against this company or app.

I applied for loan on 28/06/2022 through Rupee way application of 2000 rupees. at the time of applying it was not showing how much money credit in my account and how much i will have to repay on what interest rate. This application approved my loan of 2000 rupees but credit only 1200 rupees in my account and now rupee way demanding 2014 rupees till 04/07/2022. There is no transparancy of rate of interest and after due date what rate of interest will impose on loan taken.

I was just check my loan approval amount in repeeway side with all my documents.but they diposit amount directly to my account of rs 3800 after 5 days they msg me to diposit 7000 to their account and I replied that I was in hospital and I will pay after some time but they directly send msg to all my contacts what should I do ?? Still I am ready to pay the amount but he must send sorry msg to all my contacts
