non receipt of bond money allocated on, 31.03.2011 after completion of lock in period on 31.03.2016

I purchased rec bond (4 no - worth rs 5000/- each= total rs 20000/-) vide folio no - h177-96/0119408/86855 ed[protected]in on 14.06.2011. Date of allotment was 31.03.2011 and the lock in period was upto 31.03.2016 i. E. For 5 year. The account no for credit of interest (Axis bank a/c no - [protected]) has been permanently closed by me in last year i. E. June 2018. Pl arrange to submit my money to my existing sbi a/c no-[protected], ifsc-sbin0005697. Thanks

I hold REC INFRASTRUCTURE REDEEMABLE TAXABLE BONDS[protected] of the amount Rs 10, 000.Till date have not received the refund of the Bond amount and the interest.
