I ordered one suit from rust orange through prepaid option. As soon as i paid online and received message that amount was deducted from my account, the rust orange site showed network error. It showed that no order was placed however the money was credited to their account. I followed up with them through email ([protected]@rustorange. Freshdesk.com) for refund however they did not respond and refund has not been processed.

I Ordered the dress from rust orange as COD option from rust orange dress price is about 589 . I got dress with in two week and i paid cash to courier guy but dress was not good, so i decided to return dress and by mistake i take store credit option, than ordered the another dress which is costing around 650. From wallet they have deducted 589 so i have to pay only 60 to courier guy but courier guy asked about 650, so i didn't accept the...

I ordered a kurta worth 1200... But what came was not what i ordered... Been a month since i returned the order... They make all sought of excuses and not refunding the money... Want help... This is the worst site ever with no contact information and poor costumer service.. Initially they made a lot many excuses but were still replying to the mails but now all gone... Money as well the reply... Please never buy something from this pathetic site... Hopeless costumer service

I ordered a sari on November 1 2017. My order number is #221560. I paid a sum of 1895. Weeks passed by and the product was not delivered and they gave lame excuses. More than a month passed by and I still did not receive my product and they do not respond to my emails at all. The company has apparently cheated a lot of people, this I concurred upon seeing a lot of complaints on the internet. They provide no contact number, tracking details or a proper address. The sum paid is huge. Kindly help.
