Possession delay Rustomjee Global City virar west L avenue

We have book our flat on Oct 2020 and possession was expected in September 2021 and today we are in April 2022 no response from Team Rustomjee when is possession expected.Every time same response OC is in process expected in 1st week of March then 2nd week, 3rd week and now by 15th April.They keep on giving false promises.We have taken a wrong decision by going ahead with Rustomjee just by name and brand.We were having other very good project but our bad luck.

Possession delay
I have booked a flat in Avenue L of Rustomjee Global city, Virar (W) in 2018. As per agreement possession due was on Aug.2021. But even in Mar2022, I'm not getting proper response from Rustomjee, virar team. They are not even discussing for compensations for this delay.
Another issue is, the sales peoples do false claims regarding municipal water supply, which was not there at all in Avenue-L.

Yes i wud also agree with others regarding the delay in the project. Whatever was promised by the builders has no value...this was not expected from such reputed builders as RUSTOMJEE.. I feel personally that there is definitely some financial crunch orelse a builder of such repute would never fail in completion of the project indefinitely.

Hello All,
I booked a flat in Global City at Virar in April 2009 and done the agreement in July 2009.
I was promised that I will get possession of my flat by May 2010 at the time of booking.
When I did my agreement they said you can get possession after by July 2011.
I thought it's a big project and might take little longer to complete. So I keep quit then.
And now the problem is during this...
